I GREW UP WATCHING HORROR MOVIES AND FRIDAY THE 13 WAS ONE OF THE BEST I CAN REMEMBER I ALWAYS COVERED MY EYES AT THE LAST PART OF THE MOVIE WHERE JENNEY WAS IN THE OLD HOUSE WHERE JASON MOTHER'S HEAD WAS ON THE TABLE THAT WAS YEARS AGO 35 NOW AND STILL WATCH HORROR MOVIS TODAY THANKS FOR POSTING ALL THESE GREAT THEMS

Is it me, or is the song more scary than the film? I keep thinking Jason's gonna turn up!

Thumbs up to music and film not to bad, although story line a bit crap. He drowned as a boy, so how did he grow up and that?

Candyman and Freddie much better story lines.

@lovesnooker2010 This is the theme to the first movie, Jason wasn't in it so the storyline had not gone down that road yet. I can see why people wouldn't like this movie though, it just seems generic and over cliche in this day and age. Really though, it's a slasher movie in its purest form, it's incredibly influential on the horror genre, especially slasher movies and without it Nightmare on Elm Street and Candyman probably would not exist
