  • okay so im a slim guy and i was wondering if this will work for me not to lose weight but mainly to gain muscle

  • @MrSadfaceproductions Honestly I would not suggeest Insanity as a muscle building workout. I would suggest P90X for this. Insanity is all cardio (with a bit of weight training). Where P90X is weight training, muscle building with only a little cardio. Check out my review for P90X. Feel free to ask me more questions. I can be your free coach to success!

  • @CoachMelissaH HELLO SIR, i am pavithar from india. i just saw your videoand just loved it. and i thought u could help with choosing my right option, before that i would tell some details about me. i am 16 years old and 6"1 and i am 90 kg ( :( ) and i am not lazy or anything. my daily routine is filled with all physical activity's . i am a basket ball player! i am planning to reduce my weight and increase my power, stamina, speed and most of all MY VERTICAL leap

  • i am really ashamed that guys shorter than me in my team are able to touch the ring and i cant even touch the board.gym doesn't give me the results AT ALL. so planning to take a program. as i told you my basic needs(with SOME muscle gain) i would be really happy if you could suggest me a program. waiting to hear it from you!

  • @pavitharsingh Hi, so sorry I just saw this!!! I would suggest Asylum. It is a great athlete training program. Lots of drills that get you into shape, jump higher, run faster. Check it out at on our website MonsterHomeFitness com Ask me more questions, I'm here and can coach you for no charge via the web.

  • @CoachMelissaH not a problem sir :) sir, before taking asylum i am planning to take insanity first so that it would help me gain basic shape and doing asylum later which would help me increase my power! is this a right choice sir? and thanks a lot for the offer i am so glad and lucky to get tips and coached by you! please tell me in detail about it if possible :)

  • @pavitharsingh Do you live here in the States? If so, by ordering from my website, you will receive an additional Insanity Workout called Fast and Furious for free, but only when ordering from my MonsterHomeFitness site. It costs exactly the same as from other sites but I offer you this $20 additional workout for free. I think Insanity is the way to go and then follow that by Asylum. I liked Insanity...it is no joke workout.

  • @CoachMelissaH but unfortunately sir,i live in india :( i already tried in your website as you mentioned in your video but i am not sure if you have shipping service to my place :( i am helpless and i really need to find a way to get asylum! i can manage getting insanity here but asylum no clue :(

  • can anyone else not hear him?

    or is it my computer

  • Robert, I bought the insanity and it's my first wee doing it I've been doing 20 mins in the morning and 20 mims in the afternoon. I was wondering if it's the same as doing the whole workout together I still finish it at the end of the day and I also follow the nutrition. Will I still get results? Answer ASAP Please thanks

  • @oscarchavira95 no its not the same you let your muscle relax and the workout is to push you to the max so you really need to do it all at the same time just take a little longer break but dont let your muscles relax keep them tight that means your really working hard

  • i am a highschool football player i am 6'2 225 30 percent body fat i can feel my upper ab and can barley see it when i flex i am going to start insanity but i was wondering if i ran every day if i would get ab results faster considering my current situation ****can any one give suggestions or there thoughts please***

  • @saints4life55 ~ Insanity would be a GREAT way to continue to lose some body fat. Whether it is running or Insanity, the goal is to get your heart pumping and get into your fat burning zone. Unfortunately you can not spot fat reduce. Do Insanity and then add a few days of running if you want. Also, I can send you a sample of Shakeology. This is a meal replacement shake that Beachbody has created. They sell over a million dollars a week of this very item because it works GREAT to reduce fat.

  • when you stop using wont you just go back to normal though ? keeping up that level of intensity to maintain seems crazy

  • @ukyfug No you won't go back to normal unless your lifestyle goes back to the way it was. By this I mean, Insanity isn't just a workout program, it is also a nutritional change. You have got to change what you are eating if you want the amazing results. When Insanity is over, you continue to eat healthy and continue some sort of fitness routine. • im 6"2 and 209lbs. im training to go to air force basic training. is insanity: fast and furious a good 6x a week workout? i go to the gym but i havent seen results in a while. im looking for something to increase my # of pushups and sit ups

  • @DynastyLang Do you mean just Insanity Fast and Furious the 20 minute workout? I would love to help you increase those push-up and sit-ups but just that one 20 minute workout repeated over and over will not do it. Message me at via my email and we will give you some suggestions.

  • Hi, I'm 23 yrs old. I signed up in a gym back in 2009 and started going for a few months and then stopped thats the only time I can say I was 'active' I lost the weight I wanted and then stopped. I gained all of it back of course and I'm 130 again. I'm a martial artist and I NEED to get stronger, faster and have better resistance (I have little) I have insanity and I've tried the first 2 exercises but Ive taken so many breaks I dont think it'll do any good. I get very tired, very fast

  • @Camila8605 I would love to hear from you again. ARe you still doing the Insanity? It is ok to take breaks. I took lots of breaks at the beginning!! Message me and let me know how you are doing. Also we post lots of tips on our MonsterHomeFitness Friends and Customers facebook page. Search for us there and we can communicate better. :)

  • @Camila8605 From my understanding Shaun T says in his commercials that none of this Insanity workouts will be easy. So I would assume taking breaks would be A-OK. I use the Beachbody P90X workout which also works excellently for me, but I also wish to try this. I take lots of breaks in P90X, so I'm sure taking a break here and there in Insanity would be alright. You just gotta stick with it, and keep pushing play!

  • Okay I am 15, 5' 11" and 235 lbs. I am fat and have zero upper body strength. I want to lose weight over this summer, but gaining some muscle wouldn't be bad. Should I get Insanity or P90X?

  • okay i am 16, 6' 1" and 145 lbs, in fairly good physical condition its off season for ice hockey which i would like to get in better shape for and also gain some mass. i have gone to gyms to work out but lose interest in weight training i was considering buying insanity what are you thoughts, comments, concerns. i looking for any kind of direction on what would be best for me

  • Robert I have been going to the gym at least five times a week fir almost two months running an I feel no changes maybe I'm doing it wrong but I have insanity shoukd I try it out

  • @D0RK91 I was just like you. I was going to the gym several times a week and saw no results! I purchased P90X and the schedule of muscle confusion, high cardio, and the fact that my heart rate stayed up, I saw GREAT results in just 90 days. I also saw really good results with Insanity. Why wouldn't you try the product. If you already own Insanity, and your not getting results at the gym, what do you have to lose!!

  • Respond to this video... @D0RK91 I was just like you. I was going to the gym several times a week and saw no results! • The only people who lose muscle mass are people who do it wrong. You will get fucking ripped off of this. I for it for parkour training and it really helps.

  • What ih i have tits, not big though, but it looks like there is a lot of fat in my chest like gynecomastia, i tried p90x and i just gone bigger like after 3 weeks with protein use. So i thought, may be insanity? I need to loose fat first then build musclles i believe, coz my chest makes me angry (((

  • @dragoncum67 yes do insanity you won't lose muscle mass if you maintain healthy eating habits with lots of good carbs and proteins.

  • anyway

  • I was intrested in insanity because you dont need any weights ect. But hearing how some lose muscle mass because its mostly cardio iv been giving it 2nd thoughts. People mention P90x but i dont have the $ to buy all the weights and stuff id need. Suggestions?

  • @SilversFun do insanity, if ur hung up on losing muscle then ur just reaching for excuses, there is plenty o muscle building exercises in it. Look at the instructor Shaun T, alot of muscle

  • which one is better to lose weight???? this or p90

  • @ownd785 insanity

  • We use this in my TaeKwonDo class.

  • @vrietmet that made no sense. lol

  • @vrietmet lol ur excuses are adorable, enjoy the coronary

  • dont be a planning hysterical sport freak, just enjoy life. i regret the years i have exercised and Swarschenegger would llok like a kid compared to me, but now i starting to feel normal again. just a little bit of walking/biking some times a week is healthier then all these bullshit sorry. even if you dont exercise and do the daily things in life and eat a little heatly is enough. i think i will make me a fat healtythy hamburger now bye

  • im currently doing p90x going on phase 2 and thinking of doing insanity at the same time........p90x in the morning and insanity at night will i lose muscle

  • @FarahProductionz doing insanity with a lifting program wont make you lose muscle as long as you are eating enough carbs, protein and the right fats in your diet. Make sure your getting 6 meals spread out, i do 3 meals with 3 shakes.

Another thing you cant do plyo x if your doing insanity or cardio x.

  • Hey can someone who actually went threw insanity ansur my question please? If u go on insanity and r skinny will u get a sculpted 6 pack?

  • @dragoncum67 this is what i am wondering too, im skinny so i dont need or want to lose any fat but I want more muscle mass. What would be a good workout for me?

  • @dragoncum67 I would not do Insanity. My husband loss muscle mass during Insanity because it did not have enough resistance exercises in it. The cardio is amazing and it will increase your endurance like no other but if you want mass go for P90X. Free P90X coaching at monsterhomefitness

  • @CoachMelissaH DOESN'T HAVE TO BE THAT WAY AT ALL! I'm 22 years old playing bball at the college level and INSANITY like you said is awesome for your cardio especially if you play sports you can go as hard as you want literally and get your opponent tired and run circles around them at max intensity if you want.

But yes you will lose muscle mass so why not still do insanity to keep the great benefits of plyo, core, balance, endurance. CONTUNIED...

  • @Obi1BenoBEE30 But lift weights in a gym because p90x wont do much for your vo2 max like insanity would. And it also doesnt give you the best strength results its better to lift weights in a gym if your a guy looking for true strength and do insanity with it. You do that and you get a great v02 max and you get great strength gains that will have you in better shape then JUST DOING P90x!

  • @CoachMelissaH I doubt anyone expects to gain muscle mass with Insanity. Pretty clear cut: P90X=muscle, Insanity=cardio.

  • @PitchfeverAcademy wrong ,plenty of muscle building in insanity too, look at shauns crew they all have muscle mass

  • @CoachMelissaH thank you, you are answering one of my questions here.

  • @dragoncum67

she is telling the right thing go for p90x or if u want even better results combine them because tony have the best ab workout out there its even better than insanity and calculate Ur calories requirement if u eat less than that u will get more skinnier.

  • @dragoncum67 what dragoncum said might be true but if you go through Insanity then do weight lifting you will lift more and your endurance during weight lifting will be much higher. in a way it will be annoying because where 10 or 12 curls got your muscles warm and tight you will then need 20's because the first 15 wont fade you. My coach from NE Cornhuskers introduced me to endurance workouts.

  • @dragoncum67 posted a long time ago, but i hope it helps... insanity will tone any muscle in your body. including your abs. if you are concerned about muscle mass, i'd recommend p90x on weight training days and insanity on cardio days.

  • @dragoncum67 Absolutely, look at shaun T

  • im thinking of doing this in synergy with the last 30 days of p90x

  • good video volume is low though

  • where did you get the extra insanity dvds?????? please reply

  • @pwnagexing just find torrents online it's CHEAPER!! WHOA!

  • I bought insanity for x-mas last year. And I've never worked out before. From what your telling me is that I should start out with p90x before starting this?

  • @AJ12Gamer it's not necessary.... i started with insanity, then went to p90x, and i'm glad i did because p90x is a LOT harder... start with insanity to burn off fat and build up strength, then do p90x to build muscle mass

  • @brossej07 I bought both and I noticed this too.... And I've already decided to start with insanity first.... Thanks anyways mann! :]

  • @brossej07 I bought both and I noticed this too.... And I've already decided to start with insanity first.... Thanks anyways mann! :]

  • @brossej07 Best comment ever, well...most helpful.

That is a really good idea because P90X is hard as shit.

I'm a smoker though so it might just be me.

  • @TheSleazySaint It's not just you... I'm 18 and in excellent shape (after the programs), but before it was really taxing on my body. But after a bit you start to take less breaks, you get more flexible, and stuff becomes easier... until they bump it up and push you further =)
