A truly fantastic speech. Every time I compare the two candidates, I just shake my head in disappointment considering how close the polls are. Although the polls can't be used as proof for a electoral election, it's still scary to think how many people will vote for McCain.

Government should pay for maternity leave and should compensate employers when one of their employes goes on maternity leave. Otherwise women will never have equal oppurtunity and equal pay in the work place since they are potentialy not dependable. With that said women should also have to pay back some or all of their maternity leave over time after their leave is over. They should not be rewarded by the government for pumping out babies. That does not help slow down population growth.
