As a Muslim I would say that the immigration rules are to blame and that the U.K. should give only probationary Citizenship for 1st and 2nd generation immigrants. When they have proved themselves good Citizens in working and paying their taxes and not getting criminal records 1st and 2nd generation then and only then should the third generation get full Citizenship. This would mean a world wide agreement with other Countries to the same legal effect. If not close the borders.
