matt shirvington ran sub 10s illegal before his 19th birthday, and a bunch of legal sub 10.1 and 10.15 as well as a 6.52 60m and a 10.03 into a headwind at the commonwealths...all far superior to old man pickering... yet he never got a sub 10 legal. why do you think CP will be ?- his PB's a 10.15...miles away.
