Back in the 1960's-1970's an uncle in Germany was a F-104 pilot. He gave me a couple manuals and I wish I still had them. This is one of my favorite aircraft aside from the SR71 and A-10. Airframes can't last forever but I hope there will always be a F-104 taking to the skies somewhere. I'd love to come down and take a ride but I know I couldn't afford it right now. Best wishes...
I have a friend who owns a lodge near WL that tested these state-of-the-art multi-role Starfighter Aircraft .. and Its just the way he described it ..outstanding
It's a wonderful machine but totally wild if you don't know how to handle her. She do not forgive any mistakes.
