One guy in our JHS was always last in the 600 yd run but needed a certain time just to pass gym class. For final test he took a single amphetamine pill (20 minutes before the race.) He ended up finishing 35 yards in front of the class and broke the school record for fastest 600 yard time. He was ALWAYS last everytime he ran it. We were laughing our asses off. The gym teacher couldnt explain how the slowest guy in school broke the school record. Honest and true story. Amphetamines do work.
