You've disproven your own point. You state that a facial injury isn't that big of a deal, but deem Yzerman tough for taking a shot to the face.

No. The injuries are different. Yzerman took an shot to the eye and was out of the playoffs that year, and for a large part of the next season. Malone just got hit in the nose and yeah sure it hurt, but if you can skate you are going to play. Not a big deal. Sorry but it's not the biggest deal to me and no I am not a lying sack of shit but you can believe what you like. I never said malone sucked either and never said Yzerman was the best. You seem to be delusional.

Please point out where I made a homer comment like "OMG PITTSBURGH SUCKS CRYSBY HAR HAR ONLY DETROIT IS GOOD PWNZORS" because I have discussed videos objectively. Hockey players all around are tough and the majority of them would come back from this play which is why it doesn't impress me as much. Malone is tough for coming back, but that is par for the course.
