MY BLOODY VALENTINE COACHELLA I ONLY SAID COMPLETE

I was there... about 50 feet from the stage. Best Valentine's show ever)(!). I've seen them at the Roxy in L.A. in 1992; the Palace on Vine; Santa Monica Civic in Oct 08 (hated the muddy sound mix in that place). This was definitely the best sound mix; loud buy not overwhelmingly so (I never needed my ear plugs). Aside from the kid having a panic attack next to us (I can't imagine what combination of drugs he was on, I've only seen that happen a few times) the show went on with out incident.

Bring earplugs just in case, but I found they really weren't necessary. It's extremely loud but not PAINFUL.

It was painfully loud at the Aragon in Chicago a few months ago. I lasted as long as I could without earplugs, but about 10 minutes into the holocaust I caved. What a great show.
