I have a friend who was in a relationship like this, and I know how hard it was for her to realize that she deserved better. You deserve better. I cannot stress enough how quickly you need to leave him.

I totally get jealous. I mean, I don't act crazy or anything, but... ya know, I feel it. I think it's normal to feel jealous when you really care about someone. In fact, to a certain extent, I think it's completely natural.
I like the advice you gave. :] I think it's great that he cares about her so much, and is worried about her getting hurt. But at the same time, sometimes you have to let people make their own mistakes. You can't protect them from everything.
