@analbino Same lyrics as well bud :) Took me a while but I realised...''I made a vow to carry you home if you fall sick if you pass out, I made a vow to rescue you if you're in trouble if you flake out!'' Pretty cool ay :)
well if they did that bloc party's B-sides and EP tracks wouldn't be special :/
well yes it would be cool if you can get them in a cd or something but im trying to say is that, finding a rare song makes it really SPECIAL, a song that most fans dont know about :p, instead a cd of full rare songs..i'll be like just another oridnary cd.
they did! except i don't think this songs on it :-/ but the likes of version 2.0 and stuff are on it. You can buy it in hmv and stuff if you can find it!
I definitely think that B-sides should ALWAYS find their place in a discography as a compilation, together with covers ! These sometimes are too underrated, but yet definitely hold many gems within...
A great friendly shout to all BP fans outta here !! & massive thx to BP themselves !
it's all about the b-sides fo sho! for anyone in LA, they are coming next week! i'm telling everyone! gonna be at club nokia, downtown right by staples!

i saw them live on august 6th, webster hall, incredible show, gordan wasnt there though, with his wifes baby and all, but the replacement guy was good, kele crowd surfed(which i got to support him in)
i saw at the HOB in chicago, utlimately the same as your experience, Danny Boy the bassist performed well above par, my bro shook kele's hand, and of course i supported Kele surfin. They played "Once and Future King" and the crowd went buzzurk.
I agree with you on the point that the mainstream in the UK legitimizes the band in contrast to their footprint in the U.S. which will gradually make its impact as they are still marginally recognized over here. I'm an American and I absolutely adore the Bloc, in fact I'm seeing em 3 times in the next 60 days, it's going to be the "Bloc Trifecta" so to speak...
The fact that they can churn out something like that "flux shite" goes to show they can jump around differeng genres. Otherwise, they just pump out the same shit that everyone gets bored of and BP will just die out.
They should really put up some live versions of these songs.
As much as I love their new stuff, I feel like they haven't done enough of their old stuff.
