Both versions are good in my opinion. Both have it's uniqueness.

The song is not just the added "eeh eeh eeh" for the difference. There are differences in the music and with the instruments.

In addition to the above, if you listen carefully to the chorus, it is a lot more emotional with the added electronic distortion for the Timbaland version.
