You can't win. The Charter School industry has an agenda, kill the unions, make a few rich richer, and flood the media with false hype. Charter schools make up their own rules, as some have to accept anyone, they then expelll the troublesome students, who are dumped back into the overcrowded public schools, forcing more to fail. The problem is also, no one raises their own kids properly anymore, everyone expects the schools to do it.
China has public schools and they are doing just fine averaging some 10% growth per year. Our school problems became terminal over the past 25 years of Reaganomics, the growing wealth gap and the loss of our manufacturing sector.
Charter schools are simply a way for a few well connected cronies to skim even more money from the public well being, the common weal. Making our public schools private is stealing from the commonwealth of the nation.
And how sane is it to separate over 400 children from their families as the authorities recently did to a Mormon sect in Texas. Granted the Mormons have no right to break the law by forcing under age girls to marry old men but certainly not all of the 400or so were in danger of that or even girls for that matter. One last thought, if the common condition of nature is chaos how do you explain the explicit order of math?
Who said the common condition of nature is chaos? It fluctuates but math is a man made concept. It's like the alphabet. It's only useful in our terms as humans.

I can prove the tooth fairy doesn't exhist. I lost teeth, put them under my pillow and instead of the tooth fairy my parents put money under my pillow. No, I can't prove any gods are not just ideas in your head. I am all for education of mythology in school. I heard there was a publicly funded Jewish and a muslim school and wrote letters to some public official. Home school if you want.

Can you prove that God exhists or not. And what business of yours is it if people want the kids to attend this school.
