  • you look beautiful !!! x

  • brilliant- you ARE still you no matter how far into recovery or how sick you may be at the moment. The real you is rejoicing with your positive attitude, and your steps toward recovery. You are my inspiration- keep up the good work!

  • keep it up!!! im rooting for you!

  • You are amazing! You really are. You are doing so well. It does take time, to gain weight back, nd to gain life, and yourself back too. The ED just hides all of that. You're right - you're still you, but with freedom from the ED you can be 'more' of the you that you know you already are - with some new exciting things added in too. You are Ali - and that matters, not the number on the scale.

  • maybe this is why the expression 'food for thought' is used....

food is good for you, gz and keep going with the improvements often please ty ty

    :D

    XxX

  • I've had to really reinvent and rediscover myself and I've found that I'm kind of just a blank slate that I can turn into whatever I want to be. Just go out there and do whatever you are drawn to and kind of just ignore who the old Alli was if those things no longer read true. I was very shy and also a huge bookworm before ED, but that's not me any more. I initially tried to go back to those things, but realized that might have been who I was, but it's no longer who I AM.

  • I definitely have the same problem. I had an eating disorder for all of my entire teenage years, and I didn't develop myself in the same way as everyone else and I completely lost touch with who I was and what I was interested in. I found that going out and trying new things was really helpful to me. I've started teaching dance aerobic classes and I'm into performance arts like juggling and.. basically things that I would never have been into pre-ed.

  • You're doing so well lovely! Perhaps start doing more of the things that made you 'you' before your eating disorder started. Is there anything you always wanted to do but never got the chance? Surround yourself with things you enjoy and friends you love :) You could always do a separate blog (not neccesarily on here) with your life beyond the ed, i have a feeling that could help. Much love xx's

  • really good video ali I will send you a message for some reason I guess my comment is too long but good job on this :)
