  • never mind all the gaff ,just show us the damn video pricks...

  • Their sales will increase exponentially the cheaper they can get the technology to be.

  • how much does that machine cost? Any dealers in the US?

  • Pretty interesting process. I'm thinking of writing my engineering thesis on it.

  • So boring!

Nodoby forced you to watch the video...

  • It might just be wishful thinking but I have a feeling DMLS and 3d printing in other materials will follow a trajectory similar to the computer.

Right now it's starting to be used in high tech aerospace and medicine by experts. In 20 years it's going to be used by Joe Sixpack to print mundane everyday stuff that would horrify todays experts like fanciful doorknobs, bicycle chains and gears, figure toys from MMORPG characters and sex toys(if they ever get around to a silicone 3d printer...).

  • @soylentgreenb they have diy kits for the average joe to make and use its not a hard thing to make

  • That lattice structure towards the end is intriguing.

  • definitely too quiet for my built in laptop speakers, obviously its ok if i use desktop ones

  • virtually no sound in this video, could have included a website address in the info box.

  • I dont think that youtube can diliver any better sound, its sounds well on my speakers. This problem might be caused by your hardware, and not by their hardware.
