It's pretty simple actually...all you have to do is move your chords 6 steps down...

But it's important that you pick a position that suits your voice best...a suitable position helps you get all the notes right without having to strain your voice to match your chords...

8 = short strum , 4 = long strum

Not exact ... but something close to this

And start each chord by simply picking the root note.
