What the Hells all this about ?,,foreigners comming to Japan for good ?,,not such a good idea, pretty soon they'll have to produce their own social programs to keep them fed and happy, then soon after that they will become restless when they don't succeed then start causing trouble like rioting, murder, robbing, ect.
