@OmegaChosen0 That's because technically in the Nanaya clan, they were trained to kill every inhuman being that would stand in their way which is why Kishima Kouma was sent to annihilate them, Shiki survives and is then taken in the Arima's household before transferring to the Tohno's. Plus, when Shiki is under great stress, his Nanaya blood awakens and if you also add the Mystic Eyes of Death Perception he's one hell of a killer, Jack the Ripper is but a sheep in comparison >.>

@OmegaChosen0 So they're kinda like the Archer class who can survive for days without receiving Mana once their Master is killed or the contract is over but they ARE Assassins for a reason you know? So I guess it's pretty normal for them to have such broken Phantasms and let's not forget the dangers of the Berserker class, ESPECIALLY with "someone" in Fate/Extra who pretty much has the same (if not more) strenght as her counterpart in BMW >.<

Also Bond of The Sister allows her to summon her true power for a few seconds without taking mana from the master

@OmegaChosen0 Yup, their Noble Phantasms are pretty much one hit kills, but there are ways around them. Saber was able to interrupt Zabaniya, and it apparently doesn't work against someone like Kotomine, Fake Assassin is pretty much useless against anyone who uses projectile or ranged attacks, and Zero's Assassin got curbstomped. Plus, most of the Assassins have poor fighting skills compared with other Servants. Fake Assassin excluded since he's different.

@shane12435 Not really. This, the most common 'Nanaya', is the physical manifestation of TATARI/WLen using the rumors of the killer walking the streets at night. The one in Tsuki is simply Shiki while overcome with the desire to kill ones with inhuman blood. Alternately, the one in Kagetsu is one of Shiki's images of 'absolute death' (Kouma being the other). It's interesting to note that TATARI's 'Nanaya' uses Shiki's mystic eyes while the one created by WLen doesn't.

Also, just wanted to note that the one in KT isn't the image of death, but rather Shiki's fear of what he might become if he were succumb to his homicidal tendencies. Kouma is the representation of his "terror of death".
