Wish they would publish alot of these books. After what I read I realized they lived in bondage. They had to be proper at all times, when you were a guest you were expected to sample everything which was many courses or you'd insult the host, & wearing a corset at that. Ladies changed outfits about 6 times a day, must wear the right outfit for the time of day. Each rich family having huge parties & having to try to out do the one before theres. No way to live.
