I love the fact that Obama is always on the look out to help us in the middle class.

I think the credit card policy sounds very promising. However, I'm curious and somewhat concerned about Obama's frequent reference to the "middle class" with seeming disregard for America's rapidly growing lower class. A bottom-up approach to public policy formation mandates addressing problems with the lower class first and foremost, not the middle class.
