my brother just left me a lin6 ux2 toneport. it's cool and can be connected to any pc via usb. gets alimentation from pc, you change fx via a program of
"POD FARM". for me it's more than enough. it depends. try before buy. i can say it works very fine on my 2004 brand new pc and with my 92 brand new guitar and fender ampli of 80s.. ;-)
i use a Line6 POD Xt Live plugged in the computer and i make my own suond with a program. Yeah, i m playing in the computer. I do not use the amp. I don't even have one =D.
