Used car lots can turn a great profit by just selling cars at $5000 or less.

Why dont the reporter show everyone her credit report? I think that would explain the risk of the deal. The credit union guy would probably not consider loaning her $200 if he looked at her credit report regardless of what the car is worth. Having bad credit comes with a price. Pay your bills on time and you can stay out of these situations. If it was not for BHPH dealers our country's public transportation system would have to be increased a thousand fold.

These banks prey on those even with good credit, and your never really getting "a good deal". Preditory lending has become the norm of society and we are nothing but slaves to the ever growing interest rates on our homes, taxes, cars, etc.

i found a good one alot of the cars are old as shit but i found a 2006 cryhsler town and country fully loaded.i would not recomend dealing with them unless the car is really worth it.its hard to find a 2006 at buy here pay here for 8,000

Not interviewing the dealer or another two or three additional ones leaves your story incomplete. I think over evaluating the price is wrong. I am up front with my customers and tell them I am charging them a lot of money for a GPS and starter interrupt system above a fair market value of the car. If they dont make there payment on time the car will not start.
