Bamiyan is hazara city and peacefull. Hazara ppl are not sedused for power. but it doesn't mean that they don't have a good future.

It disgusts me to find that provinces are being paid on the bases of instability and population base. The most volatile regions have received the most funding while the central highlands have been overwhelmingly ignored.
The irony is that the allies find NO NEED to win hearts and minds of the poor and the powerless!!!

you know what, i agree with you. This current government is so overwelmingly blindfolded of the poverty situations in one of the most peaceful provinces. They are focused in the south, where all the resources go there and and it feeds the bad guys..making it worse. They should rather spend the resrouces on peaceful places to set examples of what can be achieved.
