I believe they stopped making it. You can achieve the same results with a tiny rototiller that you take to a welder. Have him weld on a few small plates on a few of the tynes. Look closely in the video for these paddles.

Dewly noted. I'm making a walkway (6ft long) to a sm.porch area under my deck. (8X8ft) Bordered by landscape timbers, I used paving-gravel base sand for a base and am using plastic cobblestone path makers to pour the Quikrete in to. I tried the 'shovel in the plastic bin' for the 1st few, but the consistency was a little too pourus. I'll keep trying and erroring! Your vids have been a savior for more than a few of my projects though, thanks a ton!

Thanks! There's a big difference between Bob and I. I actually worked in the field doing all these things for over 20 years. He was just a TV host for 90% of his working years. Many people don't put two and two together. Remember he started doing TV full time back in the mid 1970's in his mid to late 20's.

people have been guided to this video by searching " mixing concrete" I respect that you replied to my response in a mature fashion, I dont respect that the tools' brand is clearly demonstrated in the vid. i was able to find what i needed in another video, the components of comcrete, different ways to mix, time expectations etc. This is a 2 minute product placement video

It's titled correctly. I show you one method to mix concrete. Your analogy is flawed. Using your logic a person looks at your face - your title - and expects you to be understanding and not have a zero-tolerance policy. But after talking to you for two minutes, they discover you to be demanding, argumentative, not open to new ideas and judgmental. Can you tell us why there are no videos at your channel sharing with the world what knowledge you do possess?

That's gona cost some bucks, sure hope you mix concrete often. Like a chainsaw that gets used every couple years, the fuel line will need upkeep & so on.

The new home depot do it yourself people fail to realize that people are profesionals for a reason. They also fail to realize the labor involved in most projects. I am brash. I'm also arrogant. I also back it up with over 20 years in the industry. You misunderstand me though. People fail to realize how hard concrete and masonry are. We are profesionals for a reason. The morning phone call I speak of is usually half way through a pour in 95 degree heat. Get me out of bed on a saturday for that situation and I expect to be extremely well compensated for rescuing the thousands they have invested in their home.

Don't you dare mutter a complaint when you get that tow truck driver out of bed and he has to tow your sorry butt out of a mess charging you hundreds of extra dollars. well it seems to me that he'll just charge the customer for the towing, and the time he had to wait for the truck and probably the cleanup afterwards and maybe some new tires to keep it from getting stuck next time. after all, he did say he expected to be "extremely well compensated" right? ;-)

i use a 5 gallon bucket, and a mixer on the end of any drill.

Better off with a drum mixer,waste of time faffing around with that gimmicy contraption and the cleaning down of the damm thing. looks like a ball ache. supprised at ryobi in developing the THING, they are well known for their tiling tools

Sure you can. This was a fun video showing a unique tool. I often use a shovel instead of the thing in this video. But if you are mixing quite a bit, this tool is nice.
