@MrECLECTICIAN Hey, thanks, Jeff! Glad to make your acquaintance also - I love what you're doing at The Davenport of Despair - very cool! Thanks for the backpat and for your mission with music. I hope you're well. :)
@Oswlek Thanks, Justin, great to hear from you, man! I wish I had some profound artistic answer to claim for the artwork, but I honestly was just playing with a bunch of the special effects on the video editor software I've been using (Corel Video Studio Pro) and it was one of the effects already built in (video sketch, I think). Pretty cool, huh? Someone else was very creative in making that effect! Hope you and your family are well!
very nice song my friend - very nice variation and first verse also the refrain is catchy - by your reply I see you're planning on getting the sound quality disciplines down :-) hope all is well !!
@RitchPina Yeah, I'm getting some good input on production notes to explore and figure out, it's just additional time on top of the playing and writing, which makes it slow in coming in my world. Thanks for all the great insights, brother!
Brad that was perfect. Really liking the guitar playing and your voice is quite unique and just right on this tune. Well, on all your songs actually. And let's not forget the lyrics! Very well done!
This is wonderful Brad. I love your vocals and the delivery. You have real signature guitar sound and it's real good! Oh, my three year old is watching with me and he loves the video..we're on our third view ..lol Great song!
Loved the whole package Brad...you have got some charismatic guitar work going on here....They're not leaving Shame's neighborhood and running towards the Dreamers dorms.... pretty cool lyrics brother....just a well written tune pal....a really great share...
@PatrickGMoran Thanks, Pat! I'm glad for the feedback on the words, in particular... This is a song that's been standing out to me in my playing lately, so I take that to mean it must be worth sharing. :) Someday I'll get the sound quality disciplines down and come back to this song. Hope you're well!
Woah, interesting video. Fascinating effects! A very recognisable Brad Pritts tune too. I like the higher octave chords in the middle. Foot tapping stuff.
@Adnamira Isn't it mesmerizing?? When I found this effect on my video editor I was drawn in and almost stopped listening to the song... Fun way to unravel some pics, I thought. :) That first one is, I believe, the first picture ever taken of me playing guitar, back in 1998. Thanks for the confidence, brother! I'm inspired by your honest and straightforward songwriting, so it's in here somewhere too! Hope you're well!
some good guitar work here along with some refreshingly different lyrics :) Thanks, Jeff

Nice chorus, Brad, and you nailed the bridge with the strum changes.
How did you do the artwork?
