@super97049 Not cartoon network.It was Stuart Snyder (lovely name is it not?)he cut Toonami's broadcasting time and used that as a excuse for "lower ratings" but it was still enough veiwers to make money on it but Stuart went ahead and got it canceled.The very next week this was aired.Fortunately though he was fired and Cartoon Network has begun healing and Toonami is most likely comeing from 2013-2014.And listen to what TOM says very very closely.
It makes me sad that i didnt get to see this live.... But even worse, the fact that toonami got canceled and leaving the newer genarations with retarded fucked up Not Even cartoon shows that will never be as epic as the shows featured in toonami... Cartoonnetwork = PATHETIC

Another Toonami Faithful here. Just have to say that CN went to hell the exact moment Toonami was shut down. Gawd...Nostalgia, nostalgia, nostalgia. Everything about Toonami was pure and beautiful and perfect. It was goddamn art. Even the bumps with Tom and crew were so...perfect. So serene right down to the music. The best part was that it wasn't *Always* on...just something to look forward to at the end of a week of school late at night with the evening breeze blowing through the windows.

Cartoon Network is nothing but a big, heaping pile of horseshit nowadays. The ONLY thing saving it is Adult Swim, and the shows on there could be better. Stupid CN, stop showing watered-down cartoons that don't make ANY sense. Hell, I'm 23 and I don't understand the point of 90% of these new 'toons out there...huh, I really, REALLY miss TOONAMI, it's the reason I love anime... :'(

I get the chills when I watch, some tears to, this was my childhood man.. and I listen to Tycho now and knowing back in the day I was listening to them and I didn't even know in the future I'd love them as an adult, well just proves to me more that Toonami was the best thing that happened to television.

That new boss messed up cartoonnetwork we could get toonami and other shows back but we need a lot of people to help I only watch the shows that were around when toonami was here like tdi and ben ten I hated chowder,flapjack,robotomy,and all other shows that got canceled after 10 episodes.I watch looney tunes show because it was one of the first old fashioned cartoons adventure time and regular show because it a little more mature pokemon it was on cn for a loong time ben10 and I watch gumball

if anyone wondering why Cartoon Network ended toonami, the anime shows, and the good cartoon shows like Xiaolin showdown, teen titans, and code lyoko its because the new fucking boss of CN that joined in 2003 suddenly decided to get rid of the shows i just metioned to keep the "younger viewers' watching and buying there crap. Without Toonami all we have is reality shows and crap. Its sad to see a great program go from weekdays to a Saturday then go away completely. It had great shows like DBZ, Sailor Moon, Zatch Bell and hell even Naruto when it wasn't stuck on those pointless fillers. And those weren't even half of the good shows there were so many of them and now we have to brave, Chowder, Flapjack, MAD and lord knows those failure reality shows . Thank you for ruining our childhoods cartoon network. :I
