@srot77 boon is alive and well, although he is all done with touring and live gigs. that type of thing takes a lot out of you and they are all old men now :D
@srot77 This guitarist didn't die, he left the band with his brother, the drummer in 1987. The replacement guitarist Alan Murphy died in 1989 after being with the band for under 2 years. They were a fantastic band, so tight with their melodies, and true virtuosos :-)

IMHO their later work (post Bros Gould) seemed to suffer from being constrained to write to a commercial formula.

i don' t understand why they cant sometimes come together . is there so much bitterness ??? the band still sounds good , but the songwriting is not the best in level 42 form since running in the family .
