isn't the sample your using from something else.. in other words, the patch isn't doing much, its mainly the sample

its the sounds the patch is creating from the beat that he is comparing to fol3. i think hes saying maybe that they made that track out of something a little less experimental sounding.

@AxiomCrux I guess it is about only loading one sample and having multiple instances of it stream at different speeds, varying, whatever. so that's kind of nice right?

Quaristice is essentialy realtime stuff with Machinedrum, Monomachine, MPC and a Nord Lead I think.
Maybe some max/supercollider shit, but it's not the main thing.
