No, first I also thougt it's fake, but the part of "Angies heart", which begins at 0:34 is a proof for the authenticity, and if you will check it, pleas compare it to the voice in the Blue System songs, but not the refrain, that was Rolf Köhler, Dieter Bohlen sang just the stanzas.

Die Demos wurden von ein paar Studiosängern rausgeschmuggelt, die nach der Trennung von Modern Talking die Band "System in Blue" (Anspielung auf Blue System) gegründet haben, aber dann ist einer von ihnen leider gestorben.

Dieter tomó la decisión correcta al recurrir a los servicios de Köhler, Scholz y Wiedeke para los míticos coros en falsetto de MT, porque con su propia voz hubiese sido un desastre, hay que decirlo. Dieter fue un genio a la hora de componer, pero simplemente no tenía voz. De hecho, por lo mismo nunca enganché con el proyecto Blue System. Lo digo yo, que soy un seguidor "vieja escuela" de MT.

Nanana, also ich gebe zu, dass ich mir nicht zu 100% sicher bin, ob das Dieter ist aber fakt ist, dass er auch so hoch singen kann. (Hat er mal bei Harald Schmidt gemacht) Undja es hört sich auch nicht wirklich toll an, wenn er so hoch singt; dafür hat er ja die Studiosänger engagiert (Rolf Köhler etc.), die halt für ihn gesungen haben.

Zu dem Video: 0:35 -0:46 Das ist aber zu 100% von ihm. :D

Holy shit! This is Dieter Bohlen solo without voice voice enhancement technology? What would he have done without Thomas Anders during the Modern Talking years? He guess he tried very hard to immitate the Bee Gees falsetto voice technique. It surely backfired and should have left it to the pros. Nowadays, he is appearing at the German version of American Idol trying to immitate Simon Cowel and acting all cocky and humiliating contestants about poor voice performance. Look who's talking!!!
