Yes, they ARE friendly. And cold? Ok, in Winter its cold. But in Summer, in June, July an August, its the best weather for spending Holiday in Sweden. Mostly blue sky and between 25°-30°C (for USA: 77F-86F). Look at some Websites from Sweden. All the Pictures u can see is Sweden. No lie, all Pictures are true!
