I look back at it now (4 years later) and I still can't believe I used this music. but it was funny at the time I guess because it was an inside joke with some of my friends since this song was used in the worst racing movie ever made... Driven. I'll see about uploading one without music down the road.

Do they ever get flagged down for idiotic moves like that? I do BMW 2002 racing in a vintage racing club and any of the crap is like suicide when you come back into the pits.

The drivers are a bit rough, yes, but they are pretty respectful with each other. They never try to pull anything dirty or unsafe. Everyone knows who's who on and off track. There are only one or two drivers that are really rough, but don't do anything that's uncalled for. It's just a part of competing in MX-5 Cup.

dude that looks like a lot of fun...right now I'm trying to decide between a spec boxster and an mx5 cup and I think this video just put me over the edge. the good thing about bumping in the mx5 is that the fenders are about 25% the cost of any other similar series!

Yeah the cars are a blast to drive, and the competition is great. Plus it's a very cost effective series. To do a season competitivly is just shy of $100,000.
