Yeah I do the whole walk around and see what calls to me too. Though I have a bad habit of doing that with all the cooked foods too and I'll see what calls to me and try and figure out what that bad food has that calls out to me has a lot of and i look back to see if i've been forgetting to have enough of that in my diet and then I just eat the raw alternative. I seem to have a problem with remembering to salt my food. hehe
