  • What's with all the talking in the background? Totally distracting!

  • wonderful!!!!! I love how you don't have those ugly double stitches this way!

  • Wow!! Definitely trying this with my next project!! Thanks so much :-)

  • I can't figure it out. Which is the old which is the new? Where did that tan loop come from? Don't understand the double strands & how they come in to it. Watched it twice, off to find something clearer.

  • @yarnexpress doesn't really matter which is old and which is new. You fold one strand (from old or new ball) over the other strand (from the other ball, new or old), so each strand is folded back on itself, but has the other ball's strand inside its own fold. And then you basically just sew the folded-over part of the yarn into itself, and do the same with the other yarn, and since each yarn is interlocked with the other because they're folded over each other, they are now joined securely.

  • Wow!!!!

    Its great!

  • Awesome! Incredible! I used this technique this weekend and loved it. This will definitely come in handy when making stash-busting, multicolor afghans!

  • That is genuinely useful! Dead simple, too.
