I lived in Texas for awhile in a little town called Grapevine in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, and in the summer I would get up at 4:00 am to go to work. After a shower and breakfast I would head out and I would start to sweat before even getting to work that early in the morning, and wouldn't stop until I was back home in the air conditioning! The heat and humidity are rediculous there. I also respect that Branch doesn't yell, grunt etc, to announce to the gym he is about to do a heavy set
