  • hmmm...that's a few calories :0

  • Healthiest breakfast in the world! Brought to you by PAM!

  • I'm trying to become a vegetarian, but unfortunately, I don't care for most vegetables. I also have no idea how to vary the recipes. Good ideas like this will really help in my new venture. Thanks!

  • hey hey! Have you ever tried the Fat Blast Furnace (do a google search)? Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my work buddy lost a ton of unwanted fat.

  • Hi hi! Have you thought about the Fat Blast Furnace (do a search on google)? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my sister lost insane amounts of useless fat.

  • i am going to try this. thanks for upload

  • this is tomorrow breakfast

  • Nothing against the poster or this healthy and filling meal…..however fyi: raw veggitables contain more of their natural vitamines and minerals than cooking them out on a skillet or in an oven.

I will certainly try this recipe!

  • Healthiest breakfast in the world with EGGS in it??!! Idiot.

  • @lovekat62 eggs are healthy, asshole!

  • Shame I can't afford to put $2.50 worth of spinach on my breakfast.....that shit is expensive.

  • VegtaBalls, lol

  • omg, juust listening too this guy talk is annoying enough too toss your cookies, never mind watching him cook and talk..

mm yeah , have too give this a thumbs down...maybe next time shut the fcuk up and cook..

  • @wildshotsintheair If he just cooked then how would he explain what hes doing? Would you watch a cooking show on Food Network if all they did was just show people cooking without explaining what they did? Or passed along some info?

  • Pam??????? Healthy?????? Something wrong with this guy.

  • @darylsmitts Agreed...and part-skim cheese? Really?

  • gosh people, obviously this isn't the "healthiest bf in the world", this person just wants hits….like all posters do. What he's making IS healthy but compared to the HEALTHIEST FOOD EVER, it has its faults. The standard shouldn't be "is this better compared to totally fresh, 100% organic foods", it should be "is this a healthy, filling meal to start your day?" The standard is THIS vs. MOST PPL SKIPPING BREAKFAST.

  • @tbizone2002 that chesse is not healthy

  • Wow, some people are so argumentative. They look for any reason to jump down your throat. Chill out dudes!!

  • Looks gooooood;)

  • Wow that shit is not healthy at all.

  • Moron! You have fried all the nutrients and enzymes to hell. Eat it raw. That meal is toxic

  • It is a big nonsence to say, what is the most healthiest breakfast in the world. I think, that a healthy breakfast are, when you have a fruit breakfast one day, and a cereal ( without sugar ) breakfast on the other day. It is a wasting of the time , to cook in the morning. :D

  • LAwLS what the fk is a vegdbulls

  • hahahahahah, well now we add 200 pounds cheese and 1 cow to this delicious meal...

  • the spinach is not washed brooooo

  • might want to cut out the pam & go organic .

  • everything was right on health wise until he flashed the english muffins :)

  • DON'T COOK the vegetables

  • healthier than a fresh carrot, apple, beetroot, ginger juice?

  • ahahahahahahahaha... if you think this is healthy, you really need to study some basic gastronomy. This is bullshit.

  • He sounds like a fat person. I can hear his large breaths with every word he speaks. Why are you taking lessons to make 'healthy' food from a fatty?

  • Lol at too much fat.....

    Are you kidding...???

Fats are fine within moderation...there is a reason tree huggin men have no testosterone and muscle...

    Alpha Males gonna Alpha Male...

You can hit on the leftovers brah...

  • I made this and it's delicious!!!!!

  • Overcooked vegetables with spray oil, eggs, cheese.ITS NOTso healthy.

Eat them raw or at least steamed.

  • Im with the haters! Too much fat and chloresterol and sat fat plus the vegies have had the ass cooked out of them which denatures them. A green smoothie would have been a far superior choice. Look up IGF 1 and then tell me this is a healthy breakfast? More IGF 1 more cancer promotion with all the animal protein this meal has IGF 1 levels be through the roof. Was fun to watch though so thanks for the upload.

  • Lol at people acting like eating 2 whole eggs with 2 whites is an extreme portion...

GET OFF YOUR ASS AND MOVE AND LIFT....

Youll be amazed how much you need to eat to maintain your muscles once you engage them!!!

  • For healthy cooking, use Titanium cookware, Can cook scramble egg without grease. Eat organic and raw vegetable is the best way to go. Don't forget, drink plenty of alkalize water.

  • Can't refrain from making a comment. This is not healthy at all! Have you guys heard of cooking in a titanium cookware is the safest and purest in cooking meals.

First, cast iron skillet is actual one of the worse cookware to use. This is porous and the iron leach to your food. Iron can not be digested so it will stay in your system until you colonized your body

Second, the vegetables once cooked over 187 degrees, it becomes acidic, which cancer loves in an acidic environment.

  • @Gemrubykidz123 You have no idea what you are talking about. Cooking in cast iron does increase the dietary iron in the foods, see the July 1986 issue Journal of the American Dietetic Association. Using cast iron pans is actually recommended by doctors from people suffering from Iron deficiency. People who have hemochromatosis however should definitely avoid cooking with cast iron.

  • @hozjo That was a decade ago. Yes, human body needs Iron BUT NOT METAL IRON!. Anything metal is not digestible. Check on the Cancer Project! To check your cast iron and other cookware you are using, boil 1 cup water and a table spoon of baking soda. Why aking soda? Because wabking soda is an absorbing agent. That is why we use it in refrigerator, TO ABSORB ANY ODOR. Same thing with food. After you boil water, cool it down a little bit and taste it. 1st of all, it will look like crude oil.

  • @hozjo So you would supply your iron deficiency with Iron from your cast iron. LOL.

  • talk less, maybe?

  • Does putting ketchup or salsa on this defeat the purpose ?? myway@myway1.com

  • pfffft screw this! *pulls waffles out of freezer*

  • i dont like spinach or egg but i would eat this just to get better with this cold

  • Want some lard with that?

  • never use pam! use lard or butter!

  • I wouldn't say it's the healthiest, but it's certainly WAY better than the average American's breakfast.

  • @karen90631

What precisely is unhealthy about that meal???

    Mindless drones have no clue...

  • @zaxx19 Food leaches on the cookware we use. A test is done on cookware coated with teflon, found to have PFOA which is causing cancer. Aluminum has been banned in Europe for 17 yrs due to study that it cause Alzheimer, Cast iron, chrome and other metals leaches and stayed in our system. The only safe cookware is made with Titanium surgical steel 316. Do your research! Caphalon is steel coated with teflon too.

  • will it blend?

  • Please tell me that that dish feeds a family of four. That portion is HUGE, seriously, four eggs and a further four egg whites? Eight eggs for breakfast?

  • THE GUY IS A FUCKIN DICK

  • yes but its fried??!!

  • @Dav123xyz

    Sauteed, not fried!

  • Comment removed

  • thats friggen lot of food............ YUM

  • IM SUBING U TAUGHT ME HOW TO MAKE AN OMLET FTW

  • The reccomendation is to eat 5 diffeferent portion of fruit or veg. Eating 4 cups of spinich doesn't mean you are eating 4 portions of veg.... It is still just counts as one portion. Great recipe though. I will be trying this.

  • I would use less eggs, because it has a lot of cholestorol, but besides that, its a really good idea! I never thought about have so much veggies in the morning ^_^ thx for sharing

  • you sound fat! haha

  • Thats alot of food but looks good

  • That is alot of food !!

  • My only bit of criticism is that when spinach is heated, it produces an acid that is detrimental to the liver, furthermore the body has a hard time processing it.

    Don't EAT SOY!

    Don't Cook Spinach!

Simple rules in nutrition that aren't well known

  • @Scotchpker why should not i eat soy? is it because is transgenic? cause i eat organic soy milk. ?????

  • Vegetables are no longer vitamin-rich, once you have cooked them.

  • This is a great breakfast and very fast. Thank you for sharing!

  • looks delicious!

  • i think that camera is on chef's head!:P

  • Loved the vid man keep

    It up

  • Thats like as much as I eat in an entire day.

  • Did he really just say that eggs have no fat? is he stupid?

  • @juggy2006 He was talking about the whites. They have no fat atall, they are pure protein. The yolk is the fatty bit.

  • @censurabass Yes i know that but he said that the eggs have no fat and not just that but this recpie uses the whole egg and not just the whites.

  • @juggy2006 No, he was specifically talking about the whites. And he was saying that the fact that they have no fat is bad, which is why he adds both whole eggs and whites - So as to include some, but not too much fat, while still getting the protein.

Go back and listen to what he said.

Though i still agree - This is not a very healthy breakfast.

  • @censurabass Actually, there's no evidence that saturated fat is bad for you. That idea was based on junk science - for more information, go to the FatHeadMovie channel on YouTube. The only bad fats are the trans fats, because they're artificially modified vegetable oils. The saturated fat lie was propogated by the grains and vegetable oils industry to push their products into the food market, which were absent throughout the generations of humans.

  • I don't see where healthy comes in. Other than about half of the spinach, and the vegetables.

  • Everyone saying that cooking the vegetables is bad for you is a dumbass. Eating vegetables can never be bad for you, also if you thing that his portions are too big you must be a bitch ,because first of all eating a large breakfast is the number one thing you can do, this meal is gonna start off your whole day, second of all if you are looking to build muscle and burn fat your going to need loads of protein. Lastly, this beats a lot of other breakfasts that most of you enjoy every day.

  • @RancidTeam You are right that eating vegetables can never be bad, but what was said was eating OVERCOOKED vegatables is bad, because by doing so, it makes the vegatable highly acidic. Human body is acidic already. Human body needs to be above 7 ph acid level to be considered healthy. Please don't use foul languages. It is offensive to many people. Vegetables are not to be cooked over 187 degrees to retain their vitamins and minerals.

  • @Gemrubykidz123 Enzymes are killed at around 115-120 degrees. After the spinach is fried in carcinogenic oil, there is barely any nutritious value left.

  • @RancidTeam Frying vegetables in carcinogenic oils is very bad. You are killing all the enzymes.

  • No point in cooking so many greens for so long in an open pan, most vitamins are lost. it's not just about the number of servings you eat, preserving the nutrients matters too.

also, omelettes are high in cholesterol (the egg yolk), no way this can be the healthiest breakfast, not with all that processed cheese too!

  • @kirmour your wrong about eggs, egg yolks have dietary cholesterol which is good for you, people get bad cholesterol from trans fat and saturated fat.

  • WOW! That was a huge omelet! Your portions are WAY too big and cooking your vegetables is not the healthiest way to eat them. Eat veggies/fruit Raw!!! Good try though! :D

  • extra virgin olive oil would be better and your portions are ridiculous. healthier if you take the cheese off, cut the portion size down and use all egg whites. and ditch the meat.

  • This looks delicious and healthy! Thank you!

  • incorrect. "over cooking" ruins the nutrient potency by compromising the cell wall. By cooking for that little time all you're doing is releasing the gasses that are trapped inbetween the cell walls, which give that vibrant color.

  • Comment removed

  • cooking the vegetables ruins the nutrient potency.

  • this is obsurd.

  • @boxing4charity no, it isn't *absurd.

  • @boxing4charity How you spell "obsurd" is absurd.
