  • This one is tough.

  • This is a wonderful video. It is NOT for beginners. You need to really know your alignment well and know your limits! It's wonderful how they have two people, one doing more challenging poses and one doing less challenging. Very good video to learn jumping through-its pretty much all you do in the second half.

  • The problem is they are not doing any warm up first, if your muscles are warm up before there is no problem in doing all this, but if you are cold... I myself had an injury when I went with a friend of mine who is a kundalini yoga teacher, I followed her class, she started with no warm up, after that I had bid problems to do my tai chi practice from that day on, I did not want to expose her in front of all her pupils as she is an older teacher than me!! I should have done so!

  • A friend of mine commented on my comment to this video. She had hurt her back doing it. You have to really tighten your belly and have been practicing yoga for a while before you do this set. Also, be really careful with the Cobra and Upward Dog poses, because if you don't tighten your buttocks and legs, you will injure your lower back. I would recommend this set to people who have done yoga for about 6 months.

  • A better beginning option would be Rodney Yee's "Power Yoga for Beginners", which I use as a warm up and cool down to this. Personally, I also don't bother with the ground poses, I find them tedious. Keep doing Yoga, though!! It's good for you!!
