  • i agree. indian agents have more conviction and they really stick to rules. that's why they're good in collections. on the other hand, filipino agents have more empathy and will find ways for the sake of the customer making them perfect for customer care. I am a filipino outbound sales agent for more than a year now and during my calls, i sometimes perform cust care duties just to help my cust even though that's not my job description. yes, outbound in the philippines is not that popular .
