actually I can... i'm 100% positive this is the "Butterfly Dance" by Thomas Edison. It's one of the earliest pieces of film ever produced (from 1894!). The dancer's name is Annabelle Whitford Moore. At the time there was no such thing as color film - each frame was hand colored.

rhodiuz, the official vid is up, although the sound quality is lousy, search the right side bar for.. Beck-Gamma Ray from 4whatever4. If you've heard the cd you know just how AMAZING it sounds. Some stuff just uploads really badly...The official vid is b+W and inspired by the early 20th century Dadaist and Surrealist art movements(which were considered subversive and cutting edge)it's very cool, check it out.

The audio on this vid is good, unfortunately his record label conglomerate should be shot, the audio on the Orphans video from Universal Music is garbage, the sound on the CD is amazing.. Those corporte monkeys don't give a rat's ass. Beck's contractual obligations are up, he is now free to shop for better representation. He is still the most substantial, innovative creative entity out there in la la land. Did I mention that I worship him?

Yes wtdeuce the recording industry is undergoing a lot of changes,and artists need to do what they can to maintain control and be fairly compensated for their work.There are pro's and con's to major labels/vs.indie vs.D.I.Y.Beck chose his record company way back before Odelay, and he went with the deal that gave him the least amount of money and the most creative freedom,he actually recorded indie records while still under contract ie. One Foot In The Grave(was one of his amazing indie releases)
