Thing i never got about this film as AWESOME as it was. If your an uber powerfull vampire why obsess over the people in your village, and not go out turning loads of random people. Food for thought (*no pun intended lol )

@rockstar79ism Maybe it was his ego or possibly as a killer he got bored. Decided to toy with Charlie but had low expectations of him. In way this movie is has a coming of age theme in it. In the beginning charlies thinks he more mature and sure of himself. Only to find himself facing the unknown in the game of self preservation.

Way to go mama! Most moms in these movies would have blew off their kid, especially after hearing he broke into the house. But he asks her to believe him and she does. So cool and unexpected.

If it was my mother, she opened the door, she punished me and she would say to Jerry "I'm sorry, my daughter is not very polite!" and she invited him. XD Charley has a very, very, very sympathetic mum! :)

@nurzerozetta Dude, if you're referring to the guy who plays Charlie, you are just plain wrong. The guy gives a great performance in this movie, and goes way beyond the call of duty. Kristen Stewart looks like she's always about to fall asleep as Bella. Do not say that a guy who puts a lot of effort into adding flesh to a typical character is as unexpressive as a girl clearly in it for the pay check. It's really disrespectful to a terrific young actor; check out The Beaver and Alpha Dog too.

OMG this is going to blow so hard. The original was such a good movie, why are they remaking it? Oh, I know, Hollywood is all out of originality. Instead of focusing on good quality films a lot of directors in Hollywood just want to make money, so they say "Hey, people like the original, why don't I make an unnecessary remake and milk the cow for all its worth." I am a fan of Colin Farrel, and even I think he should of passed this role down. I hope this bombs
