  • Alright there! Have you heard about - fast abs magic (just google it)? Ive heard some great things about it and my BF got great 6 pack abs and lost tons of belly fat with it.

  • I like your eyes :-)

  • Wow you are inspirational....I also have the furry face and a hairy body I was diagnosed at 15 I'm now 20 and it's getting worse!!!iv got to the stage I don't want to see anyone iv pushed them all away...finding this so hard

  • Your simply amazing!! im 22 now and was diagnosed with pcos at age 15.....to hear someone else go through what i do on a daily basis helps me feel like im not alone...i have extra hair as well ...and frankly just hearing that you are married leaves hope in my heart...i struggle with dating bc of im always so scared guys will not want to date me if they feel stubble on my chin or what if i forget to shave ......thank you for making me feel normal for a little while :)

  • how do you not have a shadow from shaving? my hair was so bad i would shave at 6am and by 3 pm i had to shave again...i got laser...it was 250$ first 3 sessions $75 after that...i have been going for 2 years...i still grow hair just not a lot...

  • Hey hun I'm so glad that I have came across ur channel...I LIKE THIS VIDEO!!! I am having problems with both taking the meds and facial hair.Listening to u REALLLY REALLLLY HELPS ME OUT!! I don't shave daily, but I do feel like ppl are looking at me when I am out so I just try to cover my face with my hand or something. I make videos right after I shave bc I just wont feel right! Anyhow thanks hun and God Bless you "Happy Thanksgiving"....

  • I did the laser hair removal..didn't remove anything! Vaniqua is expensive but well worth it. Slows the growth a lot! It won't stop the growth but it's a nice break from tweezing!

  • You're so cute and seem really sweet. I have EXACTLY the same problem and I have the worst time dealing with it. Sadly it really does stop me being social. I hate the way I look and am super self conscious. I feel as if everyone is starting all the time, and I have actually caught ppl doing so. :-( plus my skin looks really awful when I don't shave/tweeze my beard :-(. I hear epilators really work and want to see about that since I too can't afford laser hair removal. I hope to find a husband

  • I am so glad to hear this.. someone told me it makes you GAIN weight...

  • You're lucky you're married...I don't even want to get married cuz I have it everywhere...and college is stressful so the hair makes me feel like I can't be a human being until I can laser it off one day. Soon! And you're pretty, so I'm hoping to actually take some of your tips and just shave for now or something :)

  • I feel so awkward & terrible when I catch my best friend look at my facial hair. I feel as if she's judging me & I know it's only a normal reaction, but I want to scream that that isn't ME me. =[

  • I feel the same about hair. I was my facial hair, but i dont do anything for my arms because i dont want it to grow back worst. Your video DEFIANTLY helped me about that. I used to wear long sleeves all the time and try to hide them. Now i just kind of except it:)

  • I appreciate you talking about your facial hair growth. My facial hair began to grow out like a man my first day of college back in 1998, so I have been living with this for 13yrs and I really hate it. It wasn't until this year that I let my boyfriend know I shave my face, even though I'm sure he knew from the marks I left behind. Also, I had laser surgery but not all 10 treatments because it cost 250 dollars a session, it made the hair grow slower but it didn't stop it, but again thank you

  • I have the same problems with the hair. I joke with my husband that he married a man. It sucks and I'm one who hides from everyone. I hate not feeling girly! Hope you made more videos!

  • I feel the same way about the noodles and I'm not big on sweets and having the pickyness over meat (red meat)

  • OH! and some makeup tips to cover the hair issue. A lot of the time with makeup people have problems with a graying out effect with the makeup used to cover hair. Think of a yellow couch that gets dirty, it turns gray. If you use a CHEAP very intense red lipstick under concealer it completely corrects the graying you will have without it. 1. Red lipstick on the heaviest areas of hair growth. 2. concealer on top of it. 3 foundation over everything. Try it! My friend is a drag queen, he showed me.

  • I happened upon ur video and wanted to pass along some info I have. You may be suffering from Hypertestosteronemia or "metabolic syndrome." What is happening is that your body is producing high levels of testosterone AND possibly leading to PCOS. What brought me to this conclusion is the issue you have with hair. I know EXACTLY how you feel. I can say tho, that after weightloss... I no longer have this problem. It was tough, but the Scarsdale diet is EASY! U should try it.

  • Also I just wanna let you know that I completely felt connected, and slightly relieved when you started talking about your facial hair. I am in the same exact situation as you. I have it. It bothers me. I have no confidence because of it, and I have to shave daily, like you said, probably more than a man does! Its irritating, and I don't accept it either, i just take it a day at a time.

  • Oh my gosh, I have a big starch craving myself! I found out last october that I also have PCOS. I'm so glad I found your channel!

  • I have exactly the same issues and it sucks bad!!! Your so strong and positive and you make me feel just a little bit normal :) thankyou for a beautiful video xo

  • Your Pretty.

  • Thank you so much for this video, its truly touching. I am going through the exact same thing, you're super strong. All my love girl. <3

  • You are awesome! I have had pcos since I was 14 and was officially diagnosed with it at 23. You have an attitude that is very uplifting and I'm glad I watched your video! Never lose hope!

  • I think you are a truly beautiful girl and I too have PCOS. I didnt realise how common it was until I came on here. But I am glad I am not the only one. I dont feel so alone now or feel like a freak. Thanks for all your helpful advice. Take care.xx

  • Honey, let me tell u I stopped to hear about metformin (I just started taking it myself a couple weeks ago) but I was just drawn in and watched the entire video. I totally understand everything you've said. You are beautiful, inside and out, and you seem to have a good head on your shoulders. I love how honest you are, and idk of you realize but I'm sure you help a lot of people!!

  • Another comment, sorry. Have you tried Vaniqa? Or an androgen-blocker, like spironolactone?

It breaks my heart to see how you struggle with this. <3

  • Thanks for putting yourself out there like this. This shit is hard.

If you like pasta, you should go for whole grain stuff. Especially Ezekiel spaghetti, it's like the whole grainiest ever. It probably takes some getting used to, but I love it. :)

    Much respect for you, girl.

  • Thank you for sharing! I totally understand how you feel!

  • I like your big pretty eyes! You look like an anime character!

  • I think you're great!!!

  • Hello! Thank you so much for your videos!!! I just found out that I have PCOS yesterday and the DR put me on Metformin, took my first pill today. Waiting on the biopsy results(checking for cancer) the waiting is TOUGH!!! I too have MAJOR hair everywhere..I shave daily also! I'm so glad that there are others here that I can talk to about this! Again, thank you!

  • I think the hair problem is absolutely THE worst, it's unfair, and its embarrassing. that's my peeve with PCOS. I have to shave every other day too. It's not getting thicker but it comes back. Sometimes it makes me want to cry!!! Thank you for sharing your story.

  • I so know where you're coming from. I was diagnosed with PCOS back when I was 15 years old, after my OB/GYN finally figured out that I was just never going to naturally start my period. I've got a lot of the awful symptoms (hair loss on head, excess hair growth everywhere else, weight issues, infertility, etc...) and I commend you for posting this. I'm glad to know that I'm not the only one who got fed up with metformin and that I'm not the only one battling the same issues every day.

  • he decided i could have another 4 sessions then said if still needs to be done i can have a practice nurse for free to do it for me, im on the metfromin for my weight now aswell ive just started it im hoping it works i just feel like im fighting to be happy because i dont feel confidant my boyfriend tells me im beautiful but when you have all these problems its hard to belive it made me try when you said your still beautiful and that i dont have the confidants to say that about myself

  • and you mentioned about Lazar it is really worth it if you can take the pain depends how much it bothers you i started mine when i was15 and i done it for 6months i got a special deal he said i could haveit for 4 grand and hed do it till it was gone, its nearly gone but still grows back alittle but its really improved from how it used to be but still bothers me i went back last week to start them again and he said i might have to pay again cos how many session i had i brust into tears

  • when i was 16 i found out i had pcos i started off when i was abou 11 overweight then lost the weight got my periods irregular periods the acne aswell i went to doctors got acne tablets and i lost the weight was all sorted when i was 13 then half a year later i started growing the excessive hair people used to call me a man too and you do start to believe it at one point a boy came up to me and pulled a hair off my neck it was so embarrassing

  • I think you may want to consider that you are not having food cravings because of PCOS rather you have PCOS because of the insulin resistance that causes you to crave pasta. I say insulin resistance because craving carbs is a symptom. The carbs turn to sucrose (sugar) in the blood. My advice is not only low calorie but avoid processed foods to control the cravings. Gaul bladder is also insulin related. These things all tie in. best of luck you are a beautiful girl, here's to your health

  • hey sweetie i have pcos too and i have the facial hair problem as well, i feel like a man sometimes too it's the worse feeling in the world. I am starting laser hair removal this month and i will let you know how it works out for me, it may be a lifelong necessity but if it works i don't care i will do it and pay whatever it costs . I just wish i didn't have to wear such heavy makeup to cover the razor bumps, it's very time consuming and i can't live this way anymore. Thanks for posting this!!

  • thank you so so so much for this video. really . I feel your pain .i dont get outta my house without doing my whole face.

  • Thanks for posting this video! It means so much to me to know that there are others out there that feel the way I do when it comes to the symptoms of PCOS. I'm real self concious about the facial hair and I hate having to shave everyday and it doenst always last through the whole day. I just started metformin and I hope it helps. Someone mentioned TTC. I got lucky and got pregnant out of the blue, after being told I would need fertility drugs if I ever wanted to conceive. So there is hope!

  • u are really an inspiration for all those out there suffering with pcos... i am from india and i am a doctor and have been doing a research and all in this field ...keep up ur good work..:-)

  • lol I'm on it 2

  • you look like you lost alot of weight.

  • I just discovered your channel and I love it! It's good to know there's another pasta addict out there. I'm the same way about meat, too.

  • Ok don't waste your money on lasering!! I made that mistake. It's very temporary. Mine lasted about 6 months. $600 down the tubes!! You should invest in electrolysis if anything. It is pricey but permanent.

  • I am 38 yrs old, I have had PCOS since i was 15.. I have gained 125 lbs and have facial hair (ear to ear full beard) I take 1200 mg of metformin per day plus spironolactone, plus 4 shots per day of byetta..none of the meds work at all..I do not eat any breads or pasta or anything made with flour for that matter..I dont eat candy cakes or pies or potatoes and no junk food..I cant lose 1 lb its been this way for several yrs.. Very frustrating..just letting u kno u r not alone

  • You have such pretty eyes!

  • My weakness was bacon....Ohhhhhhh bacon. I'm vegetarian now....The first day of my being veggie my mom walked in the house and asked me if I wanted some bacon. I about died..

D= I get thick black hair on my chin. I have to pluck it or I freak out....Got sideburns too...but they're blonde so meh.

  • It is nice to know that us women with pcos are not alone. Only another women with this would understand the struggle with excess hair and all the struggles that go with this disease. thanks for putting yourself out there

  • i was diagnosed with pcos but this is what my doctor said "i'll give you a perscription for birth contol and ill send you on your way" she didn't give me anything else and didn't give me any advice, its just majorly frustrating. my hair is like yours, but it has thinned. i really love your videos what should i get on to deal with pcos?

  • how do you get away with the stubble and five oclock shadow look?

I hate the pricky feeling, the hair grows in within hours... but i can see the follicles under the skin- so it is obvious i shaved.... I"m light skinned... BAH! I love your vidS!!!

  • Hi, I have PCOS, on metformin and dianette. would just like to add something about hair removal. I have tried them ALL and find that using an epilator is the best at thinning and slowing growth for me. Braun has brought one out that you can use on body and face...but also "wet" (i.e use in the shower) so it helps a little with the pain aspect. Good luck everyone xx

  • I see sooooo much of my self in your vidioes....thank you for having the courage to make your videos....

  • i love all of your videos ......when i have a bad days with pcos or if i dont understand something about it most of the time u have the answer to my problem...so thanks so much for the videos.... cause u have helped me so much fully understand that if i think im the only one with this or if i fill alone that there are nice and wonderful caring people out there like u that understands what people with pcos are going thru.....thanks so much....

  • Hello! My name is Tiffany i'm 20 years old and I found out I have PCOS I start my second week with the second pill tomorrow! and I was watching your video and I have a little bit too I just bleach my lil "stache" lol and I get really embarassed about it too even with my husband.. its more noticeable in daylight and I get soo embarassed especially when i'm out and not at home and can't just run inside and go fix it and its so embarassing. But hopefully things will get better and we will TTC!

  • Hey girl, GREAT video... and your so sweet. AN idea for the hair, i am a cosmetologist and i dont know if you would be comfortable doing this yourself but its easy, at sallys or wherever you can buy for 15ish dollars a wax warmer, and get the basic cheaper supplies pop sickle sticks, and cloth strips, NO need for wax remover use any lotion u have. Waxing helps the hair grow in finer and last longer and not poky. You look great and happy =D you are an inspiration

  • with my PCOS i hate having to shave but do it. I have three kids and i am married. I lost 102 pounds and i get my period every 28-31 days Thinning hair in the front really bothers me. :'(

  • Yeah hate the facial hair. Wish there was an easier way to manage it rather than shaving it all the time.

  • @celesteglitter try waxing it is not hard because you don't have to shape anything, the hair grows in finer, lasts longer a month sometimes, and honestly i think it thin down the grow over time. you can buy a wax warmer 15ish dollars at sally's, and get pop sickle sticks and cloths, and use any lotion you have to remove the excess. dont get it too hot but completely melted test in a your wrist, its cheaper than getting it done in the salon, try it i love it myself.-stylist w/pcos

  • Heyy Heyy girly, my name is Kimberly And i have P.c.o.s & im 19 years old. I found out I had P.c.o.s when i was 12 years old. I know how you feel about the hair thing, i have it to....BAD and i Shave all the time i use to shave 2-3 times a day, but i got a new dr. and he put me on this med. & omg let me tell you, it works really good. i would shave every am. now i shave before i go to bed (11:00 pm) & when i get up im good to go. i never thought i could do that untill now. =) xoxo Kimberly

  • I am so glad i am not alone with the hair issue. I cried watching your video cause I feel the same way about my hair sometimes I shave 2 times a day. I am so insecure about it I don't even let my fiancé touch my face or I try to look down alot even when we are intimate. Its just always always on my mind. Iam so so very glad I watched your video so I know iam not alone. Thank you very much.

  • i want to do low carb so bad its just getting started is the worst lol. I have pcos and all and it sucks. i have hair really bad as well and it sucks too

  • @amandaloveshenry The hair was the first things about PCOS that really bothered me. As the years went on I got to a point to where I didn't accept it, I just woke up expecting it. :-D Now the main thing is TTC, and weight-loss!!
