  • Jordan is way better than that arrogant Kobe and Magic Johnson combine.

  • MJ's 1st quarter in this game is better and more exciting than 99% everyone else's entire season.

  • Jordan was one great player

  • Michael thought a normal reverse no-look layup was too easy so he slapped his wrist just because he is MJ. Uncanny. This man is truly the GOAT if he won 3 championships w/ Bill Cartwright as a Center.

  • b cartwright's shot looks freakin nasty.

  • @ShaolinSurfer777 Cartwright certainly did have a nasty looking shot.

  • @bigdaddymatty17 but his shot went in though usually

  • The move at 1:34 is one of his best moves EVER....why the hell does it never show up?

  • todd day work at m y skool

  • @timothy3654 Apparently neither Todd or any of the teachers at your school are helping you with writing and spelling.

  • @chitownref FUCK YOOH ITS A COMPUTER GOSH

  • THESE ARE THE KIND OF GAMES THAT TICKS ME OFF ABOUT MICHAEL JORDAN. LET ME EXPLAIN MYSELF... PEOPLE ALWAYS TALK ABOUT KOBE BEING A BETTER SCORER THAN JORDAN..THAT STUFF IS FLATOUT STUPID. JORDAN HAD SO MANY GAMES WHERE HE COULD HAVE GONE OFF FOR 50, 60 AND MORE, BUT THE BULLS WERE SO GOOD THAT THEY WOULD DOMINATE TEAMS AND BE UP BY 20 OR MORE IN THE 4TH QUATER. JORDAN SAT DOWN WITH A LOT OF TIME REMAINING IN THE GAME WITH 47 POINTS. HE WOULD HAVE EASILY SCORED ABOUT 60 IF HE WANTED TO.

  • Yall coming down hard on Todd Day...he was a rookie playing against MJ!! What you expect him to do shut MJ down lol!!! Day had his few dunks!!

  • blue edwards was a way better defender than tod day,but blue is best when being hit on the fast break. blue played sf as he was not a good ball handler but blue should have been marking jordan in this game.

  • Purdue leading the fast break. Just how Phil Jackson diagrammed it in practice!

  • I don't think Todd Day realized who the fuck he was guardin' LMFAO!!...THE BEST IN THE WORLD

  • lol, didn't realise Cartwright's shooting style was that fugly :P

  • Avery Johnson and Anthony Mason's shooting style was just as ugly if not more. LOLz

  • Look at MJ dunk at 7:00 ... The dunk is simple... but please telm then did he jump... what quick jump,... He was so much atkletical than today NBA stars.

  • G.O.A.T 1:35/2:34

  • Big mouth Todd Day got his ass schooled...

  • the move at 1:35 might be jordan's most beautiful version of the up and under move. There was another one he did in '87 where he switched hands that was also amazing (against the hawks i think) but this one is simply incredible. a step up from Dr. J's famous version of it against the Lakers.

  • That move at 1:35 is just sick!

  • DAMN! Great breakaway by Fred Roberts at 4 mins.

  • HaHa ha. Yeah right, the play of the game.

  • the best damn player of all time no one can touch him not event lebron and 4 sure not kobe mj is the king of the game magic and larry are the godfather

  • @nbadesirer32 Not one past or present is better than MJ but Kobe is a helluva lot closer than that joke, Lebrick. Give me Kobe in his prime any day of the week over Lebrick. Kobe is far and away a better BASKETBALL player than Lebrick. Being an athlete and being a basketball player are not the same thing (see Larry Bird for clarification).

  • @chitownref i highly agree with you kobe is a monster tho we are witnessing another legend in the game and I still think Kobe is underrated at times with the people who know basketball ...however jordan is the greatest of all time he is unbelievable

  • that no look shot was sick.

  • MJ looks like he is just practicing at the gym. MJ will never be overrated no matter what you say about him, that's how good he really was ;)

  • thanks a lot

  • Damn, Eric Murdock. We used to play ball with him during NBA offseason at our local YMCA back in high school.

  • Great finish on the fast break by Pippen on 6:45!

  • great video

  • Thanks for the upload! The way MJ can hold the ball in the air with one hand is unhuman. It's like he is toying with the defenders.

BTW I remember Lee Mayberry had a huge dunk that season on one of the NBA Action Top 10 plays of the week. Anyone have that episode?

  • Another game he could of gone for 50, but didn't feel he needed to. That's one of the things that made him great, he didn't force things.

  • Look at how simple everything is for him. He makes it look so easy. Easily the most effortless scorer in history imo -- he just had all the moves, fakes, and counters. He didn't even break a sweat here and finished with 47/7/5/5 steals on 60% shooting. Thanks for the video.

  • Amazing video. Love it.

  • that defensive stop to open the game was what separates mj from the rest...none of the so called superstars of today play D like that

  • we all kno micahel jordan is the greatest of all time. i think derrick rose will be the next big thing for chicago but not as big as Michael Jordan. but up there

  • up there????

who is this guy? come on, a rookie that only played several game and you can say he is up there?? please.

  • I like those old Bucks jerseys. They should go back to those.

  • 7:16 Mike got hammered but still made it, that was pretty

  • Todd Day..That's my Frat Brotha!!

Lee Mayberry was on that Bucks team as well. As Razorbacks, they were the Tag Team known as "MayDay"

They were reppin' for the Razorback Nation (Arkansas) during that time in their careers..

  • ahhh the good old days, todd day, lee mayberry, ron heury, oliver miller

  • It's a shame what happened to Ron Huery..so much talent, but yet, his decision making skills were horrible & thus, continuously led him back to the SAME predicaments that led to his demise..

    What a shame..

  • what happened to heury? i am hoops head and he just kind of disappeared, not being in AK i guess i never got the story

  • Earlier this year, he got sentenced to jail for a # of years over domestic abuse & drugs. He beat up some chic he was seeing & the police were called out & he was arrested on that, then got busted a few days later with intent to distribute cocaine in his hometown of memphis..

He SERIOUSLY seemed like he was born with a lack of "ANY" judgement at all..

  • those two scores at 1:32 and 2:30 are in every one of Micheal's videos. thank you again for giving me memories that i have forgotten over the years.

  • 1:32 NICE!!

  • & 2:30

  • Ummmmm....I don't know what that reminded me of.

  • Kinda looks like the one by Dr J

  • lol MJ looks totally uninterested in the game but still scores 47.

  • Well it was an important game, NY and Chicago were in a battle for home court advantage in the playoffs after all.

  • @kOrOne79 did.nt matter because the knicks still lost to the man

  • Hoops upload this game before but it was a shorter version of it. Thanks for the vid!
