My gf and her coworkers did the "One day without shoes", sponsored by Tom's shoes. They walked a few miles and had a great time. Her feet were completely black when she got home.
I just came across a local gas station that had a hand made sign that said "no shirt, no shoes, no service." The no shirt part I get, but otherwise...relax. You're a gas station for God's sake. If you spent more time cleaning your bathrooms than you did worrying about what people put on their feet, you might have a productive day.
I just ran my first full mile barefooted :) it feels great i had to stop running a few years ago because of lower back problems and even had to stop walking last year because my back hurt so bad a while back, after reading about you and many others running barefoot, i decided to start walking and then finally Running again its great to be able to run again and not have my back hurting thank you for all your videos and tips and have a wonderful barefoot life
Good Jorb! Well I went walking barefoot today but I didn't know it was National Barefoot Day until I saw your video so I didn't go all out. I did upload a video of me barefoot running on Venice Beach to do my part for the barefoot day.

wil i soon get a leathery surface on my feet because it hurts when you step on something. I have only been walkng barefoot for about a week
