your shanking the ball to much there should be no sound when the ball leaves your stick

You should hear the ball flick of the stick.

You are coming up to early, sit lower and stay lower longer. It'll gain you power and a better flick.

Um yeah...

Lean your shoulder into the flick rather than rocking back and watching it, you are taking all the power out of the flick at the moment.
