In any issue of healthcare, there has to be some provision for abortion. It is sometimes necessary for the health of a mother, as in tubal pregnancies. Not only that, but there are issues such as rape, and spina bifida. No healthcare bill can be totally without a provision for abortion. If they leave that out, or deny ANY right to an abortion, then the bill denies women appropriate care.
