@danielprist123 I used the full version of Fraps on a high-end computer, then compressed it using Sony Vegas with really high bitrate settings before uploading to YouTube.
Fraps was set to record at 60 fps at full resolution, and save the files to a separate hard drive of mine that had nothing else on it, to ensure that the final video didn't stutter.
If you need to know more, or want help getting similar quality out of your vids, send me a message and I'll help you get started.
You need to take out that siren when they are in close range, their screams make it extremely hard to aim as your whole screen shakes and the scream does hitpoint damage (ignoring your armor).
I know, but I spent a good portion of this video thinking about what would look good or demonstrate a good feature of KF, instead of thinking about which zombie should be dying next.
I'm a bit OCD about quality, especially for HD stuff. If it doesn't take 6 hours to upload, the quality's too low. This video was 760 MB after encoding, ~36 GB original (damn you Fraps!)
Thanks for the correction about the crawlers, fixed.
It takes quite a while to prepare to record this stuff in HD, you know. Fraps recording 720p at 30 fps eats more than 3.5 gigabytes per minute. If my hard drive is too fragmented, Fraps can't write the video fast enough, and my framerate drops to unplayable (and unwatchable) levels. 8 fps while under attack from zombies = dead Phoenix.
As for the epic graphics, this was on my brother's computer (he's in Florida) which has a GF9800GTX+. It is *awesome*. :)
Is this game still out for sell

The official name of the spiders is the crawler.
Excellent video quality.
