The only thing I see that could be a problem is the soap, what if they ingest it? Is it getting in their eyes? How is the air flow? and it's not scrubbing down into the skin unless the water pressure was pretty hard. But that's my only complaints, well that and the fact that the cats look like they're going to have a heartattack, and hit their heads on the ceiling and maybe scrape themselves up, maybe add padding all the way around for protection.
Dog didn't care, he isn't scared, if he was scared he would of been scratching at the door and barking, but the fact that he sat down in there means it was comfortable for him.

I don't see one damn thing wrong with this pet washer, the dog seems fine to me and the inventor did a demo on TV, he used it himself and washed a basset hound in it and that dog didn't flip the fuck out. And as far as being cruel you might as well think keeping a dog in a house is cruel or keeping a dog on a chain or in a pen as cruel, you fucks might as well stop owning animals because owning a pet is cruel and not natural for the animal

It's just that I wouldn't like to see this machine on pet-stores, where everybody can buy it and use it, regardless to the dog's anxiety and terror due to the treatment.
Hi,giumag. My dog tried this mchine also, and I think this is not good way to wash dogs. BUT some dogs will BITE human's hand because of stupid owner or circumstances. Therefor this machine should be exist.
It's kind of mistreat. But I don't wanna wash a dog that fears something (like, fears human hand or not friendly dogs). He/she might bite me. Get dogs trust first, then I can do something to dogs. Caeser Millan's method is mostly good, I think.

He is our dog.
In usual, we wash him by hand.
This movie is our only try of this machine..
We believe he had relaxed in the machine, and this isnt mistreat.
We can understand it seems mistreating him from other person.
But, we think that is one of the way of enjoy life with our dog, and we will continue to try anything for him with us.
