@spiritofmysoul If you tried to rape the Irish, Jewish or Italians for a little rape, they would show you the other end of something. Hitler himself invoked Lincoln’s first inaugural address in Mein Kampf, when he made the case for destroying states’ rights and federalism in Germany. He was also an ardent protectionist, advocate of a centralized banking monopoly, and of corporations that were closely associated with and subsequently controlled by the state. Mussolini adopted essentially the same policies, as did imperial Japan. This worldwide "Lincolnian revolution" is something for which the world should be "grateful".
@eflint1 And of course you believe that Hitler only told the truth, and that if he said he was for something, that it must be bad. By contrast, I think that Hitler lied, offering good things in his speeches to hide his real purpose.
You see, psychopaths lie to fool fools. That is why the Romans developed the 'cursus honorarium' the path of positions of increasing responsibility so that virtue and competence could be separated from their opposites.

Lincoln was an extreme white supremacist. As early as 1840 he "denounced the Democratic presidential candidate Martin Van Buren for supporting black voting rights in New York." In a newspaper that he co-edited, Lincoln condemned Van Buren for supporting the right of "FREE NEGROES and SLAVES to swear in Courts against WHITE MEN!" "I will to the very last stand by the law of this State [Illinois], which forbids the marrying of white people with Negroes," Lincoln once declared
You dumb faggot's lost the war stop crying, lazy sack's of shit's that wanted slave's because there such scum. @RAYZE1ER Whos crying? It seems you are because your ranting so much about it. Plus no one said we hate the American flag. Hell I always say the pledge of allegiance to it. Not to mention im gonna soon fight for that flag in the military. Really the key word is heritage dude. And only 10% or less of southerners owned slaves back then.
As the American Empire expands its power and removes individual rights and freedoms Southerners must find the fortitude to reclaim thier independence. Secession is not needed as the Confederate government was never surrendered, all that is needed is the people to take a stand and claim their freedom.
Educate yourself before you speak on something of which you have no clue. Your ignorance in that statement is amazing. I suggest "When In The Course Of Human Events", "The REAL Lincoln", or "Lincoln Takes Command". The South was not fighting for slavery nor was the North fighting to end slavery.....
The southern oligarchy rebelled to protect their institution of slavery. The United States fought to prevent them from stealing US territory and property. Theft makes thieves.
so wouldent the united states as a whole be thieves seeing as we stole the land of the Native Americans, and teqnically we stole land from England so once again America as a whole are thus theives. and the south secceded over states rights not slavery.
Actually no. US won independence from England, then purchased land from Spain (Florida), France, (Louisiana purchase)Mexico (Treaty of Quadalupe Hildago, Gasden Purchase), Russia (Alaska). Where land rights were ambiguous, US entered into negotiated treaties with Britain. (Oregon and Washington). In some cases local governments sought and agreed to be annexed (Texas, Hawaii). We purchased sovereign rights to the grave sites of Americans killed in WWII, and I think that bill has been paid in full
and what of the ones that dident give up their land we waged war on them and forced them to leave, and lets no forget the trail of tears. we are on this moral high horse with the whole land of the free bit, but in the back ground you see government troops forcing people of their land.
The trail of tears was in response to an agreeement with the leaders of the Cherokee. To pretend that such an agreement did not exist does not become you. Of course some didn't agree with the various treaties. If everyone agreed, there would be no need for a treaty, would there?

@REBELSOUTH1 Thank Andrew Jackson for that. He was great as a General in 1812, but he was one of the worst Presidents ever (other than his opposition to a central bank). He was the first President to boldly proclaim that States can't secede. He was a precursor to Lincoln.
@eflint1 Jackson was right in that states can not, without the permission of the other states. No party to a contract gets to both withdraw and set the terms of the dissolution of the contract. So to hold is an invitation to theft and fraud. I think better of the gentlemen of the south to think that they were fighting for the right to theft and fraud. They were only fighting for the right to enslave and rape.

@DonMeaker Sorry Dude, but the Federal government does not own the States. Accordingto the Founders, the States are SOVEREIGNTIES. A proposal was made in the Constitutional Convention to give the Federal Government the power to force seceding States back into the Union. It was soundly defeated. James Madison was very vocal about this. Certainly States should give notice as to their intent to withdraw, and it should done through a State referendum. Also, debts should be paid.
@eflint1 The people of the United States own the government. No state government can pretend authority to withdraw from the United States without the permission of the people of the United States. Rebellion is treason, and the Whiskey Rebellion set a strong precedent that rebellion is not permitted. There is only one exception to the fact that rebellion is treason. That is if you win. The southern traitors did not meet that standard, partly because 40 southern regiments fought for the Union
This comment has received too many negative votesshow
@DonMeaker To compare secession by referendum to the Whiskey rebellion is ridiculous. The "people" as you said, do own the government. But Madison made it clear that "we The People" did not refer to the "people as composing one aggregate nation" bit to "the people composing thirteen sovereignties". The people of Florida do not own Minnesota, etc. And the fact that some southerners fought for the north is irrelevant to the argument.
@eflint1 So how was south carolina slave owner's rebellion different from the whiskey rebellion? Do tell. The people of Minnesota did own a slice of the federal property (Fort Moultrie, Ft Sumter) that was fired on by the traitors in S. Carolina.
This comment has received too many negative votesshow
@DonMeaker I already answered the first part. As to the second, once a State leaves the Union, there is no longer any need for the USA to have Federal property there. The CS did try to pay their share of the Federal debt. Lincoln refused.
@eflint1 Says who? The "sovereign" State? Too bad. The Federal government still owned the title deed to the property. The only way to take an owner's land away from them against their will is to either go through a legal condemnation of the property or take it from them by force.
The South played right into Lincoln's hands. They couldn't allow the Federal government to keep the forts and they couldn't take the forts by force without starting a war. Sucks to be CSA.
@tazedbrothree Well, when you have nearly 30 ships on the way with nearly 2000 men to launch a surprise invasion, then I could see why you'd want to keep it. I mean, you certainly wouldn't want the Confederates to seize it so they could defend their port against your ships. Nobody buys into your reasoning except die hard, unconditional unionists who think Lincoln could do no wrong. The U.S. can seize any foreign owned property here in the name of national security with no explanation.
@eflint1 2000 men was not enough to launch any kind of invasion. It may have been enough to hold on to the US government forts, and collect the lawful tariffs.
This comment has received too many negative votesshow
@DonMeaker "and collect the 'lawful' tariffs" That my friend, was what this war was about. When Lincoln was asked why he didn't just let the South go, he didn't mention slavery,Union, etc. He said it was to keep from losing their cash cow on tariffs. The love of money is the root of all evil, and on both sides this evil influenced thinking. However, from a legal standpoint, the weight of evidence is in the South's favor (regarding their right to secede).
This comment has received too many negative votesshow
@DonMeaker At the constitutional convention, the Framers struck down any attempt to give the Federal government the power to force seceding States back into the Union. Such a proposal was made. Yes, insurrections that occur in member States, when the State government is incapacitated, can be dealt with by the Feds. But seceding at the insistence of the majority of the voters of a State is not treason or rebellion. Everything I'm saying was not even questioned in the early days of the republic.
@eflint1 yet the militia acts of 1792 and 1795 did provide for calling up the militia to counter combinations to large to be otherwise countered. Further, the federal government guaranteed to each state a republican form of government, which would have been meaningless if any state could both decide to leave, AND set the terms for dissolution. Just as 9 states, a supermajority were necessary to put the constitution into effect, a supermajority would be necessary to break it. Otherwise- treason
This comment has received too many negative votesshow
@DonMeaker The Constitution guarantees to each State a republican form of government who are members of the Union. Once they leave the Union, the U.S. Constitution is not binding. Second. the Constitution went into effect when 9 States ratified, but "only among the States ratifying the same.". It was not binding on all 13 States until each ratified it. According to Madison, "no State is bound by except by its own voluntary act". This is a voluntary Union.

@DonMeaker But understand Don, this North/South thing isn't that relevant to me. If the Northern States had seceded instead, and had been coerced back into the Union by the South, I'd be waving the Yankee flag today in defense of State sovereignty.
@eflint1 The south went to war against the right of northern states to forbid slavery within their own borders, to say that slavery was evil, to vote to not allow slavery. The Civil war was about enslaving blacks and whites to protect the institution of slavery. No free speech, not freedom of movement. coerced service in the militia to search for escaped slaves, and plantation owners out voting all others based on the slaves they owned. What a shameful system. Good thing it was ended.
It's too bad that the world still has a few evil human beings who have rejected God and now spend all their time defending slavery and celebrating the racist traitors who seceded and killed hundreds of thousands of Americans to try to preserve it until the end of time. Luckily, there are fewer and fewer of the evil assholes every year. The overwhelming majority of Americans believe all men are created equal, and pledge their allegiance to ONE nation, under God, INDIVISIBLE.

@RonPaulHatesBlacks You are going to go to hell for repeatedly breaking the 8th commandment: "You shall not bear false witness against your neighbor". Turn or burn, baby. God will not be mocked (if you even believe in God.).
@eflint1 I'll bet you dollars to donuts YOU don't follow the ten commandments. Starting with "Honor thy father and thy mother so that thou mayest liveth long in the land." Your parents are ashamed of you for spending so much time on the internet.
@tazedbrothree As a New Covenat believer, I make no claim to following the commandments. I've broken the whole law if I've broken only one part. But I certainly don't consciously mischaracterize people and flat out lie about them. Your lack of public denunciation of RPHB is very telling of your character. But then again, you are a race baiter who accused me of being mad that we have a black President. But I will stay on message and defend the Constitution as I see it.
@DonMeaker All you stated certainly is one point of view, but on the debate on the nature of the Union itself (Federal vs National, Sovereign States vs Consolidated States, etc) none of your points really have any merit. That is why I wish Jefferson Davis had been brought to trial for treason. But Chief Justice Salmon P. Chase insisted that Davis never be tried because,as he put it, such a trial would ,"convict the North and exonerate the South. Secession is not treason by the Constitution."
@DonMeaker "The south went to war against the right of northern states to forbid slavery within their own borders," Sir, if this were true, how would a CS victory enabled the CS to bring slavery to the North? That makes no sense. The South fought a defensive war for independence.
@tazedbrothree I avoid it like the plague!! I remember well a quote of my late grand father when Disney opened, "What a waste of beautiful pasture land !!" ha ha Disney is only fun to me now if I take someone visiting me who has never been there.
Forget Disney World. He lives in a fantasy land in which blacks are still held as slaves on gleaming white plantations, politely say "Yes, Massa" to every demand, and would never dream of fucking white women, sitting in the front of the bus, voting, or even learning to read.
@RonPaulHatesBlacks That's the "funny" thing about these Neo-Confederates...they always see themselves as "da Massa". Plantation owners were wealthy aristocrats with powerful political & social connections...less than 8% of the southern population. The rest were shopkeepers and small farmers. Yet, these Neo-Confederates dream that THEY would have been the aristocrats...to dream otherwise would mean an existence even lower than a slave...and what is romantic or fun about that?
This comment has received too many negative votesshow
@tazedbrothree And you dare to tell me to "judge not" and of being "self righteous"? You are just as much a fraud and phony as RPHB. Jesus also said , "You shall know them by their fruits". I guess northerners like John Quincy Adams and Lysander Spooner were "dreaming of being Massa" by defending the right of secession. It's a nice try at a diversion, Tazed, but no one is buying into it but you and your kind. .
Poor whites had it better than black slaves---they earned wages, had some legal protection, and had freedom of movement and opportunities for advancement. And they could look down on blacks, harm them, and believe God had directed them to enslave them until the end of time. The neo-confederates have turned their backs on God. They pine for an earlier time, when blacks were in chains or at least "knew their place," and could not star in rap videos, talk back, or fuck white women. They're sick.
@RonPaulHatesBlacks LOL!! Blacks are STILL in chains. Go down to the court house Monday morning and watch the courtroom fill up with them. No one has to do anything to the Blacks...they are killing themselves. They cant survive without help from someone! LOL!! They would be back in the cotton fields in six months if the goverment stopped surporting them. They are STILL slaves..they have no choice except to do what the Federal Massa tell them to do. They are a SAD race of people.
I've learned the truth by talking to southerners who taught me about the big Yankee lie and the propaganda the federal government was putting out. The south was right. I am glad I turned rebel. The south will rise again.
It was more lives than that. THERE WERE OVER A MILLION FREED SLAVES. Slavery was slowly fading. The south was violated by the North. READ hISTORY FOR ONCE. Does the negro child need to bee told ever year in school they were ignorant slaves. Then you have a whole month in Feb. Wow no wonder thier so brain washed AND KILL EACH OTHER.. Thats all they learn.
More of the northern soldiers died and they had more troops the stupid drunk generals used there soldiers bad and befoere Gettysburg the south kicked there ass.
Bear in mind the North was, 9 times out of 10, on the offensive. Attacking is always more costly than defending, particularly when military technology had so far outpaced military tactics. Both armies were using napoleanic tactics with weapons accurate to 1000 yards.
It wasn't until near the end that trench warfare developed.
I LOVE this man! :) He says it so awesome too! SOUTHERN PRIDE! <3

@DonMeaker Do you know who President George Washington chose to lead the Federal army against the anarchists during the Whiskey Rebellion?
It was Gen. Henry Lee...Robert E. Lee's father.

@tazedbrothree Apples and Oranges argument. But we've covered that. You've spent too much time in the Hall of Presidents at Disney World.

@eflint1 You should know about Disney World since you live there.

@tazedbrothree I avoid it like the plague!! I remember well a quote of my late grand father when Disney opened, "What a waste of beautiful pasture land !!" ha ha Disney is only fun to me now if I take someone visiting me who has never been there.
eflint1 1 year ago
Forget Disney World. He lives in a fantasy land in which blacks are still held as slaves on gleaming white plantations, politely say "Yes, Massa" to every demand, and would never dream of fucking white women, sitting in the front of the bus, voting, or even learning to read.
RonPaulHatesBlacks 1 year ago 3
@RonPaulHatesBlacks That's the "funny" thing about these Neo-Confederates...they always see themselves as "da Massa". Plantation owners were wealthy aristocrats with powerful political & social connections...less than 8% of the southern population. The rest were shopkeepers and small farmers. Yet, these Neo-Confederates dream that THEY would have been the aristocrats...to dream otherwise would mean an existence even lower than a slave...and what is romantic or fun about that?

@RonPaulHatesBlacks Don't forget the options to visit the slave cabins for a little rape.

I've learned the truth by talking to southerners who taught me about the big Yankee lie and the propaganda the federal government was putting out. The south was right. I am glad I turned rebel. The south will rise again.
Yankturnedrebel1861 3 years ago 6
It was more lives than that. THERE WERE OVER A MILLION FREED SLAVES. Slavery was slowly fading. The south was violated by the North. READ hISTORY FOR ONCE. Does the negro child need to bee told ever year in school they were ignorant slaves. Then you have a whole month in Feb. Wow no wonder thier so brain washed AND KILL EACH OTHER.. Thats all they learn.

600,000 lives lost all so you could practice and expand slavery.
Yeah, that's something to be proud of. Losing the Civil War was the best thing that ever happened to the south.

More of the northern soldiers died and they had more troops the stupid drunk generals used there soldiers bad and befoere Gettysburg the south kicked there ass.
BeanWhipper 4 years ago 6
If you have more troops, of course more will die. They are easier targets when there are more of them.
lol4madwafflesh 3 years ago
Bear in mind the North was, 9 times out of 10, on the offensive. Attacking is always more costly than defending, particularly when military technology had so far outpaced military tactics. Both armies were using napoleanic tactics with weapons accurate to 1000 yards.
It wasn't until near the end that trench warfare developed.
