The shutter speed was on auto, and it is shoot with 25 frames/sec.

how do you set 25 frames per second in vx2100?

25 fps is the default in vx2100E. The "E" is for the PAL version. If you live in the US or Japan, you are more likely to use the NTSC version. I don't know what the standard is there, but i think its different from the PAL version anyway.
