It's all about pulling the trigger and making the right choises. But its not really that relevant anyway, most pilots will not fly untill air superiority have been established.

Americans and Russians are the only air forces with really moderns air superiority fighters, even Isreal don't have the latest generation. Americans and Russian would rule all others in air to air combat. In a few years the Chineese will join them.

All the other pilots drop bombs and that takes no skill.
