  • I listen to this song when I draw shit. Awesome.

  • yet another underrated STP classic..keep jammin boyz the real fanz are still out here :)

  • My favorites of the 90's:

    1. Alice in Chains

    2. The Smashing Pumpkins

    3. Stone Temple Pilots

    4. Everyone else.

  • I'm glad they used "Hero" instead of this in Spider-Man.

  • Iron Man? :P

  • Weiland should have more credit and respect than he has presently. This stuff is better than good. His writing is unfortunately under rated. Thank God for the people that get his music. This stuff is ahead of its time.

  • Another unrecognized masterpiece from a brilliant, often slagged, band.

  • This song is phenomenal. I'm almost glad I never owned any STP cd's back in the day, because this compilation is their first that I picked up a year or so ago, and I probably would've never otherwise heard this song. Immediately fell in love with it and sing it on a regular basis, in the shower, in the car, and especially when listening to it. Fucking bad ass.

  • God darn it they rock!!!

  • This song rocks!!

  • this song kicks ass

  • This song was supposed to be on the Spider Man soundtrack.

  • i like stp when they are under radar, makes them different

  • The chorus dude, why is this band so original? Everything they wrote/write is unique!

  • This song kicks my ass....

  • I think this song sounds nothing like Velvet Revolver or Guns 'n Roses. ;)

  • "All in the suit that you wear", this song would make an awesome video for Boardwalk Empire.

  • now we have had shit music for so long bring back the good rock n roll like thise guys no more plastic bullshit hell ya

  • @mortenrahm The good bands are still there man, but you can't find them just sitting on the couch watching Mtv expecting that one day they are going to play good music. You have to look for them.

  • I Wish that this song was playing this year, it rules

  • Still love the shit outta this song!!!!

  • VR = Velvet Revolver

  • the arm thats holding the flower, seems a little longer than a normal arm shud be

  • @pugdude14 Yeah, the whole image is stretched^^

  • The singer from stp joined with mat sorum slash and duff mkagen of gnr and another guy with a cool moustache to make Velvet Revolver after stp broke up.they got back together in 08.that is why they sound alike the same singer and musical influences

  • @Theslayerwins ROFL! Good one.

  • considering STP tries so many different sounds in their songs and its the exact same singer, just cuz ppl say ONE song sounds like VR shouldnt be a surprise

  • 1 person doesn't own a suit.

  • i love VR and STP so why does it matter what it sounds like

  • "I hate VR but I talk about them all day." Just ask them out, commentators.

  • I like VR, but I would never hear of them if wasn't for STP. Of Course than STP is better. Dean>Slash, Robert>>>>>>>>>Duff, Eric>Matt and Scott>>>>>>>>>>>Axl.

  • @8DJUNIOR8D Totally agree. Dean is much more creative than Slash. Robert with his huge jazz influence is MILES ahead of Duff, Eric is a really groove oriented drummer and I think has Matt beat by a few stick lengths, and it goes without saying that Scott is an AMAZING frontman and really has Axl trying to catch up here.

  • @whoohaaXL Well we all know axl isnt gonna catch up hes to busy collecting gnr royalties! hes burnt out! never gonna be the same as he was in the 90's!!!!!!

  • This could well be one track from N 4 album... and that album was way b4 the mega ultra heavy pop band VR

  • 2 thumbs up(:

  • I LOVE the attitude of this track.

  • Y LOS TENDREMOS AQUI EN BOGOTA EN VIVO EL 18 DE DICIEMBRE DE 2010......QUE BUEN FIN DE AÑO!!!!

  • ES ASI CRAYMORR....Y TENDREMOS LA FORTUNA DE VERLOS AQUI EL 18 DE DICIEMBRE DE 2010 EN BOGOTA......SI!!!!!

  • WoW, el 7 se viene con todo en el Arena!!!!!!!!

  • 1st STP song ive ever heard...ten i gotn Core....

*gigantic, evil, grin with eyes wide*

  • had this song stuck in my head for weeks before i even knew what it was called. Love it!!

  • got to be the best band in the world, my all time fav song

  • Y estamos listos para el 7 en Chilito !!!!

  • @aoyaned3 STP en el Arena!!!! Vamos que falta poco!!!

  • Wow didn't no this exsisted! Great tune, this is what there new album missed that heavy crunch sound, still good though...

  • Instead of "comments" it should say "bullcrap"

  • @camrocks23

soundgarden is grunge, and motley crue is glam rock.

  • @himesnick

    Glam metal that is.

  • my fave stp song!!!!!!!

  • @layla2251 I love how ballsy it was to put just one new song on a best of cd basically saying this is the shit

  • as far as good bands go from the Nineties...Stone Temple Pilots is undisputably the best band since Led Zeppelin. Reguarding real Rock n ROll Sound and musianship and meaning. by the way check out the band IM in Pluto's Orbit. We try to keep it real as well.

  • Kids should be killed

  • I personally think it sounds like a b-side AiC song.

  • @Vallnerik It's a B-side of Sorts, but great nonetheless.

  • theres some sound interference

  • I hate when kids say this sounds like VR

  • @Supermario678 well clearly they hvnt heard early STP lol

  • which is sad

  • @Supermario678 But sounds a little bit.

  • @Supermario678 who the hell is VR?

  • @PennybagDarrell velvet revolver. i pray your trolling

  • @Supermario678 no man my bad i thought about it after i posted the comment and i was like "oh shit"

  • @Supermario678 I had the same question, yet I knew of velvet. Perhaps it's possible to be unaware of the abbreviation? Although it didn't take much to figure it out...

  • @Supermario678 It sounds like VR because Scott Weiland sings for them. And they got their sound from a lot of good bands from that era. Great band members from great bands = great new band.

  • @Supermario678 then you get to correct and insult them and make them feel stupid.

  • @Theslayerwins Me too.

  • @Supermario678 who's vr?

  • @Supermario678 God that shit pisses me off....

  • @Supermario678 I hate when people comment about things they hate about kids and they do it by using texty abbreviations.

  • @Supermario678 It definitely has a much more raw sound than anything that could come from VR or GnR.

  • You just have to love all those Retro-rock bands (Soundgarden, Alice in Chains, Nirvana, STP)

  • @Icerokou Retro? You mean Grunge bands?

  • STP is not grunge they were labeled early on as that but they really arent, grunge isnt even a real genre is a sub label for groups from Seattle and STP is not from their either

  • @Metalstryke Well yeah it's a label, like Retro-Rock is a label. If you really put the Grunge bands into their respective genres then Nirvana would be Alternative Rock, Pearl Jam Rock, STP Hard Rock, Alice In Chains Metal and Soundgarden Metal then later Hard Rock.

But all those bands could be called Grunge because Grunge really just means dirty and stripped down Rock. It sounds Grungy, It doesn't really matter where the bands are from, though most are from Seattle.

  • @GRIFpenguin you are an idiot. soundgarden is not metal. at all we all hate you you suck, wtfomgyfahigky

  • @lifelesssdead Their early stuff is Metal, songs such as Hands All Over, Gun and Beyond The Wheel, that's Metal. Of course there's always a debate over what is and is not Metal, so if you don't think so that's fine.

  • @GRIFpenguin to be honest it doesnt matter if they're metal or not because they suck

  • @lifelesssdead why dont u like them, wats wrong with u?

  • @lifelesssdead whats metal then fagget?? limp bizkit?? lil wayne? What qualifications does a 20yr old assclown have telling other ppl what metal is. If u dont like it, why fucking comment. Soundgarden is more metal then anything you could wrap your vacant fucking head around. Anybody that favorites limp bizkit, and lil wayne doesnt have the balls to say anything about music.

  • listen to jesus christ pose and birth ritual. if that's metal, i don't know what is...granted they were less heavy post superunknown

  • Comment removed

  • sounds like sumthing u would find on an Iron Man movie soundtrack! hahahaha

  • derrrrrrrrr

  • @simpleng22756 it was originally supposed to the song for the first Spider Man

  • one of their best.....!!!! love this band them soundgarden, alice in chains....inundated with them back in the 90's and they still sound fresh

  • @craymorr2003 no pearl jam?

  • @Theslayerwins they changed too much

  • @goford90 and stp hasnt? compare core to their new self titled one...
